Castulo Gonzalez: WA State Board of Education Student Representative

The Washington State Board of Education has 16 board members sitting on its board. Two of those positions are reserved for student representatives. Capital High School senior Castulo Gonzalez is one of those student representatives. A remarkable achievement considering students apply for this coveted position from all across Washington State.
