In his first book, Tony Curtis talks about how his mother and father spoke Hungarian and not much English. It was Tony's responsibility to deal with the outside world for them. That may have been what led to them expecting him to identify his brother's body. They also expected him to find a JOB in the Industry for his schizophrenic younger brother. Earlier, his mother would start beating him and kept on, staring into place. Back then, no neighbor would think anything of it.
I've read his autobiographies,Tony and Janet's married wasn't working anymore by the time he fell in love with Christine Kaufmann but he never abondoned his daughters,he worked hard for giving them the best standard of living,he paid their education and tried to see them both as often as he could,unfortunately most of the times he wasn't allowed to see them even when he would go to visit his children carrying gifts for them...all that situation brought a lot of pain to his life as a father and in some kind ruined the relationship with his children.I'm always surprised on how quick people use to judge another ones...most of the time by a lack of information
In one's life we live in a hall of mirrors, each self is refracted and reflected in ways that can make a maze of one's life. We can find a base to explore our own life understandable in a only a few ways. Feel very blessed to be one who finds such a base. I found mine.
What person DOES deserve.... SO much money, SO much adulation, SO much luxury, SO many fucking privileges.... JUST because they are profession liars, aka Actors... who work very little in their lives and reap such enormous benefits. Of course, people like George Clooney or Jennifer Anniston pinch themselves and say...."Damn, I don't deserve all of this".
why is she dominating and forcing him to define himself as she sees fit. news flash, u dont need to observe a healthy relationship to know what one is. shes forcing him. its as if... she has to force his experience to fit within her rules. shes forcing his perception.shes no professional. shes a dominator, terrified of any reality outside her system of rules
