How did you get s1=((208/3)-6k)/(26/3)) etc? - I assume this is really important since it meant that we can find K and see where the line crosses the imaginary axis. Please someone help!

One is -3.092 and the other is -0.703
-0.703 is not on the Root-Locus, therefore it's irrelevant.
