Thank you, Tuhon! I'm a devout follower here on you tube and train everyday utilizing as much instruction as i can find from your system. The PTKGO system is the "hardcore" part of my workout. Just wanted to say, Thank you. Also, my wife no longer lets me train in the lawn due to the triangular footwork drills. It'll be a while before the grass grows back.
