Theres a early popular mechanics that covers building that model, i got half way through building it from scratch in high school. I should really finish it some day! Ive got a cast aluminium base, iron cylinder, steel block, aluminium rod & piston, steel flywheels all made up!

For under 100 you might be able to snag a used brushed rustler if u wait a while. Best to save up tho you can't get much for 100

@@brysonkuhn3290 the guy I bought it off also had cars overpriced. The broken cars were cheap and the working ones were expensive. The rustler came with good stuff too. A skyrc leopard motor and a hobby wing ezrun esc. The only problem is that the motor runs very hot.

It's the govenor it regulates the speed of the engine.
Don't worry kev the fully sized ones of these are the most temperamental engines to start as I have a a straight vertical single cylinder version
