    I honestly think Haiti can rebuild tourism just off food alone. Haitian food has low key been one of the more talked about recently if you follow social media. I have not met many people who experienced Haitian food who haven’t sounded like they would like to explore more. These vlogs about Haiti seem to always center around food or misery and insecurity so I’m convinced if we found a way to bring security food could solve a lot of the misery

      Yes, Haitian cuisine is one of the most unique in the caribbean and is absolutely delicious. Same as you, anyone I know who have tried Haitian food, absolutely loves it. If haiti could manage to get at least half secured and stable, and the focus is on the food, it would bring so much tourism to the country.

    Haiti has a lot of potential. Whatever it takes to bring tourism to Haiti and build up their economy. Too many of them in Dominican Republic depending on the Dominican State and hating on our progress. Yes, build up your country.

    Absolutely love it! I feel like for trash people need to remember that not everything needs to be paid (trash collecting) and that many single use items should simply be removed. Trash unfortunately will always be an issue if Haiti continues with the non glass items

      I was thinking about possible solutions for this trash problem,because I feel like it's that one little minor setback that's keeping us from competing with our counterparts.

    Do a pamper video. Where do you get your hair and nails done?

    • @ruttyb
      @ruttyb  10 місяців тому

      I wish I could! But now I do my own nails cause Okap is very different from the Port-au-Prince area. I bought everything on Amazon & have been doing them since I moved here. & I’ve always done my own hair so that’s not a big deal.

      Hey, Cap-Haitien is safe. It’s far away from the west where all the issues are. It’s hard to recommend hotels because they aren’t that great & expensive for no reason lol. Satama is the best place I’ve stayed. Some hotels have an airport shuttle. You have to call them before booking to make sure it’s operating & get the prices. I recommend visiting Palais Sans Souci & the Citadelle. They’re both in a nearby town called Milot. I would also visit Cadras & Ile-a-Rat. & of course spend time in downtown Cap-Haitien on the Boulevard.
