Thoroughly enjoyed that leisurely stroll with you John. Much appreciated! ... but don’t put pressure on yourself to get more videos out, just enjoy being there 😎👍
Hi John how are you and Sue Great to see you on here again. Myself and Arlaine are over again in July this time checking out properties and a little holiday for 10 days Regards Billy
Hiya JP. Always great when you drop a video. It would be good to see more when you get time to upload. That is time-consuming. If you chat over the music. That helps. Nice walkabout. (Do not skip the ads. Every little helps.) Good to have old friends. Happy Weekend.
I went here in February and ticked off some of the recommendations from your website so thanks for that. I found myself saying "i sat on that bench" as you were walking through the town haha. Thanks again JP! :)
Thanks JP. Although I am late watching it, always very well put together. Well done. I managed to get out to Esquinzo again during the first week of March and enjoyed glorious weather.
What a pleasant surprise and deightfully so to hear and see you after what seems like an eon since your last walk and talk JP. Indeed, there appears to be a few structural alterations , closures as well as reopenings with regards certain premises and venues and i believe a lot (if not all) is subject to this rediculous madness we have all been envelopped in these past three years. Anyway, you look good my friend and i trust your good Lady is in full health also. 'till next time, Love, Peace and Best Wishes.👍👍
Good news!...JP is finally back. Thank you for the interesting current Corralejo-impressions. All the best! - Kind regards...Norbert and Petra from Hamburg.
Great to see you back John. Love David and his videos but good to have some oldies perspective now and again. Look forward to a few more. Should say another prolific Corralejo vlogger (Stuart Allen) walked passed you as you went by La Marina, his drone footage is well worth a look.
Love this. We are in the process of selling our UK house (just waiting on solicitors to do their thing) and applying for our visa so we can move over permanently. Great vlog as ever. Take care 😊
Exciting times ahead Emma. Good luck with it. With hindsight I think we would have kept our house in the UK, rented it out and used that to rent a house here. Our house here has hardly increased in value but our UK house is now worth just over double.
Been wondering about you as no videos for a long time so glad you are both OK. It's been a fair few years since I visited Correlejo and I hardly recognised the main street, so many changes. Still, I have fond memories of the old Correlejo and beaches are still outstanding.
As I echo everyone else JP. Loved seeing and hearing you again 😊. I do follow David as well now got to get your Corralejo fix 😅. Thanks for the walk love doing that when we are there can't beat that view. We had our first Christmas and New year in fuerteventura just gone it was brilliant. Can't wait for June when we see our beloved paradise again by the way the trees on the main strip looked so lovely very well groomed and shaped 😂. Stay safe and well both of you ❤️
You’re looking well JP. Coming over in November this year when the flight times are a bit better. This will tide us over ‘til then. Thanks for posting.
Hello from rainy Wales. Hope the dentists are better in your part of the world. If you have to cut out any music, Ed Sheran is always a good choice. LOL
Nice to see a new video JP. Hope you are both ok. I love Corralejo and hope to be back next year as we're of to Corfu in September but we are going to Castillo Caleta de Fuste next April on a family holiday. It would be great to meet up so I can buy you a coffee and have a chat. Look forward to your next video's. Take care. Simon from Raunds.
Was it a two-thirty dental appointment, JP? Seems to have been a lot of pedestrianisation in Corralejo since we were last there. Great to hear from you again!
Well it was after the half an hour in the waiting room - why are doctors always running half an hour behind, even if you have the first appointment? They have pedestrianised quite a few parts which is good but that just makes finding a parking spot even harder. Thanks for watching.
Glad to see you again and that you look well, missed your videos. Do you know why the beach bars by the RIU Olivia beach hotel have gone, we stayed there 3 years ago, also how easy is it to fly to lanzarotte then onto fuerteventura as I have a British Airways e-ticket to use. Regards Tony and Mera
That is a very timely question. The corrupt town hall removed them, and Torinos beach bar in El Cotillo last year "for environmental reasons" they said. In the last week they have put 7 potential beach bar sites up for tender saying that those they removed were illegal (nothing to do with the environment). Torino commented on that town hall Facebook post that he had an 8 year contract signed by the current mayor's father who was mayor at the time. It is all about money and corruption.
Sorry - in answer to your other question, you cannot fly from Lanzarote to Fuerte. You would need to get to Playa Blanca and come across on a ferry. Iberia fly here via Madrid and BA and Iberia are partners so could you use the ticket with them?
JP would you say that the youth of corralejo/fuerteventura tend to go to the peninsula or major islands like Tenerife or GC? Even tough rent are crazy over there
Hi J.P. I'm on the island fore a month and planning trips galad you mentioned the coroneles house at la Oliva think I will give it a miss work seams the speed of a sloth thanks for sharing 👍
Great to see you posting another walk through. I hope the dental visit was simple and pain free. JP, you made reference to your other websites. How do I find them?
Just a crown re-cement so no pain Les. The €15,500 estimate for some implants was more painful. I have jpinfuerteventura.com and elcotillo.net but they don't keep me very busy. The others that actually make money are nothing to do with Fuerteventura - pool cleaning, air travel and coffee.
Glad to hear you walk more than seat by the computer editing videos 👏😁 How is the construction going in El Cotillo? I assume it moves faster than the renovation in La Oliva 😄
I spend about 8 hours a day, seven days a week at the computer working on my websites - pretty sad isn't it. The first development in Cotillo is finished now. The other still has a long way to go.
Yes it is. Particularly during school holidays when it is ridiculous. I was thinking about going back to the UK for a visit in Augsut but Easyjet wanted over £600 return before even adding a bag.
What I like about your fuerteventura john compared to the other canary Islands is the vibe and clientele are completely different having just come back from tenerife, A lot less debauchery or non as the case may be 😆.
