I think waiting till you really really like someone puts too much pressure on the situation. The stakes are a lot lower in the beginning. Like on a dating app you don't really even know them. At the end of the day, you're supposed to be the one having a read on the guy. Do you think he's not initiating because he's not interested or is it because he's the shy type? Or perhaps, not every man should have an interest in you in order for you to have a potential relationship with him, just like how a woman traditionally is. If you think you could win him over and you like him, why not?

Some people are focused on finding solutions to problems. That is how we resolve problems. Not every video is going to be equally helpful (this one is not very helpful). But at least it's better than nothing. And sometimes your friends and family give you even shittier advice because they don't know better either. At least when you have more sources of wisdom, you can faster resolve your own problems without relying on others to fix your problems for you.
