The first case----that woman cannot provide for her daughter. CPS needs to take the child, and place her for adoption. Perhaps Mr. Smith could adopt the child.

1st case: I started the episode with audio only and I first thought it was two men debating in the courtroom.
After the DNA results have been revealed I think the judge should allow the mother who has been right all the time , let her have her say and tell the deadbeat dad standing next to her exactly how she feels instead of the judge shouting no no no . I feel that if the judge allowed us to see and hear the mothers scorn towards the obvious excuse for a father , the show would be far more interesting ..
