00:05 Remove airvent panel
00:49 Remove LED panel under radio panel
01:19 Remove Radio Panel
01:57 Remove 4 screws then Pull radio unit
out
02:51 Disconnect main radio harness
03:09 Remove screen
04:21 Route CarPlay main harness cable
04:45 Remove fiber optic wires and install into
CarPlay connector
05:48 Tuck in CarPlay Aux cable
06:10 Connect CarPlay main harness adapter and
main connector to OEM radio unit
07:18 Mount Wi-Fi antenna
07:47 Route CarPlay USB cable
08:18 Splice CarPlay ground wires together
08:46 CarPlay dipswitch settings
09:29 Connect everthing to the CarPlay module
11:29 Placing CarPlay module
11:50 Connect CarPlay LVDS to OEM screen and
reassemble the screen
12:22 Test CarPlay functions

Will this show the display from 3 cameras if your BMW x3 has back and side cameras on the mirrors when your backup the car?

Hi this is one of the techs here @Unavi. If that is a factory setting that has always been there than yes. Any time you put the car in reverse it switches over to the factory side of the car.

I have the HUD in a 2015 x4, does this unit transmit nav to the HUD or is it incompatible

How to connect this box to an aftermarket 360 camera?

Hi this is one of the techs here @Unavi. Our module will work with back up camera that came with the car but if your vehicle doesn't have a back up camera. You can install one with our unit and it will still work.
