Another good video, Rich. The Kuiu looks like a serious piece of kit, 30mph gusts - it didnt seem to be moving, I'll have a closer look. I have the flextail 2 - the 5 looks very tempting indeed. That's one tough ascent with a heavy pack, no wonder you were knackered. The sunrise timelapse was immense. Keep 'em coming and take care.

Nice camp......and before the vid was even finished Id ordered my Pegs 😂. Thanks for that. Easy solution. Can't wait t try It out again. 20-25mph for a bit on my last camp and couldn't feel or hear anything in the tent. That area is one of my options this winter......there's so many!. Cheers again.
They're a good little piece of kit for the doors, weighed the pegs earlier at 22g each. Reckon you need 4 in total one for each door including the fly. Maybe they'll upgrade the storm star one day and have better door toggles 😄 Thanks for watching John. 👍
Another great video pal. I use some small rubber magnets to keep my door rolled up, but they're a bit of a faff. Will take some pegs on my next trip and give them a try! I was camping on Haystacks the same night, from sun to snow in the blink of an eye! 🤣

@@tomworboys How doo Tom. They’re tricky to be honest but there’s a knack to doing them. Once you get used to it and the poles are in the clamps they’re not going anywhere so it’s a love/hate design. Was nice to meet you mate, cheers for watching 😁

I know the person you are talking about as I also follow her channel. She is from north east England. As a native Scot I can confirm she is definitely not Scottish or Irish! I get that the accents in the British isles can be confusing for someone from elsewhere though. 👍
