Sir if any appeal is dismissed under Rule 11 sub sec:2 is called non-prosecution? Or Non prosecution is called after admitted of appeal and dismissed Under Rule 17 .
Dismissal of appeal under rule 11 order 21 means the court may dismiss the appeal in limine, Whereas dismissal of appeal under rule 17 is that after admission of the appeal if appellant doesn't appear before the court on the day of hearing, the court may dismiss the appeal due to appellant's default.

If the civil court has given civil judgement in my favour in lower court, and then petitioner appeals in additional district judge and then judge give me judgement again in my favour, but petitioner went to high court, it is was showing online as civil concern, but I have not had any one come to give me a stay order, or cant see any further date , is it possible that the judge has refused to accept the case or give it any hearing by accepting the decision of district courts? It has been 4 months and no further date ? Is it possible that judge has been satisfied with civil judge decision, therfore no case present anymore ?

Dismissed non prosecution means person who filed appeal did not appear

No they will ask general law because law gat is for whole pakistan at the same time
Sir! If one plaintiff want to file appeal he can place the other plaintiffs as respondents in appeal
He can make them performa respondents but even if he doesn't make them a part it doesn't make a difference
