Inherent power of the court.
Its enabling power of the court .
Some time procedural law not exhaustive.
When the power of the court liable.
End of justice
Stop the abus the proces of law.
To dispose the justice to uphold the law.
Avoid the technicalties do the justice and undo the wrong .
It is excercise for restoration of ingringement of right.
You can't convict unless decide.
When no express provision available.
Removed the decrimination while the judication .
Don't oversteping the law .
Restrict the court overstep the law court excercise only wisdom while conduct the procedure .
