I already know both sides I’ve been with this game since the beginning and had conversations with both sides, both unpleasant sometimes, as I’ve seen how both sides can be negatively. Me siding with a “side that has more proof” is also reasonable because it’s actual proof while tub goes off of words and “facts” with no proof to back it up, matter of fact I really can’t get both sides completely cause I’ve been blocked and banned from any server tub holds in his name. Without good reason, I believe mi because unlike tub they are being mature about it and showing proof to back up their claims, tub is threatening to share personal info of a individual to get what he wants, that right there is proof enough that he is in fact in the wrong.
i understand now, from what ive been told tub used that as a warning for them to stop bothering him about it
but i asked tub about the message i sent and they said it was completely true, from proof that others have shown me, showing dms that deofalak has sent to tub, Thats mainly the only proof ive been shown
Im not choosing sides either, I would have people just expose the mi staff for the amount of times they have harrased people, rather than the game getting taken down.
The true Malgmation's Islands was the friends we made along the way. Goodnight MI.

To people who are deciding to still take Tub's side, I know there is absolutely nothing I can say that will convince you to reconsider. If you want to support someone who responded to us consdiering legal action by threatening to dox our owner because he is "just that petty", you do you. Mi staff are moving on to better things and leaving this all behind us.

I honestly dont support either side, my comment was to fill in the gaps of this video, tub may be petty but some of the mi staff have genuinely harassed tub. Tub never took down mi because he was just that pitiful and didn’t like that it was doing better than pl, Thats a rumor that just makes them look bad, I do understand how mi enjoyers feel, but that doesn’t mean people can be spreading false information. Tub wouldn’t have taken down mi if they didn’t give him a reason to, will be getting more information on this, so i dont sound like I’m just spitting out nonsense.

Malgamation’s island was my first nostalgic creature game before I started playing Creatures of Sonaria,I really liked that game I hope eventually it might get to come back..? I wish it wasn’t over for the threats and arguments.. could have kicked/banned the people.. I missed playing as Crotomorph/sakura wyvern but oh well,RIP MI😔

If you wanna give the ownership of your game/project to someone else, it should be obvious that the new owner SHOULD have all rights to do whatever they like with everything they just got. The previous owner can't decide to take his stuff back because his old game is going good 😭

And from what I can tell the evidence looks pretttyyy against tub, perhaps it's taken out of context but thus far the "no grounds" statement isn't correct.
Edit: Even the creatures which could be the reason as to why the claim happened even though thwy aren't even similar to Tubs, so if it were down to copyright it wouldn't apply due to the distinction of the designs.

I am very displeased with how you explained the situation. One of the reasons why tub abandoned the game in the first place was because some of the mi staff were spreading false rumors about them that would hurt their career, an example of one of the false rumors is them stating that tub traded 900k robux in order to see pictures of someone. Another add, is that the game wasn’t taken down so easily, it took an extremely long time, and they did not basically leave tub alone, them bothering tub was the main reason why they wanted their “revenge”. Tub has full permission FROM ROBLOX to take down any game that involves pl’s script, even though tub gave out the code publicly,the only reason tub took mi down is because mi is the only game that has actually had beef with tub. I don’t even participate in games like these, but its still disappointing to see a youtube creator i used to actually watch, make a video about something like this, and they don’t even get the story from both ends. The mi staff is not all loving and caring, they’re over aggressive, very unforgiving, and pitiful.
