3:30 I bet the Transformer One twitter fanbase are going absolutely bananas.
Golden opportunity missed:
"Yeah, I bet he is"
genuinely one of the nicest guy around
Mason: “sometimes I’ll buy a bluray” (editor inserts a bluray of The Rookie) 😂😂😂
YAAAAAAAY you're back!!!
Hope you both had a great break 😃!
Pretty big snubs for Challengers as a whole and for Dune in almost every category. But I don't think anything will ever beat Mulholland Drive not being even nominated for best picture.
That Banner/Stark interaction was terrific.
Bro maybe I’m crazy but chalamets performance in dune was outstanding. Out of all the great epic things that happened in dune 2 the thing I walked out thinking the most about was his performance and that speech he gave
I thought the opposite. He tried hard, but was the weakest element in terms of acting.
I've got bad news about your sanity....
Hi guys! Mexican here. Emilia Perez is getting backlashed in Mexico and Latin America for multiple reasons:
1. It talks about sensitive issues like the missing people crisis without being sensitive at all.
2. It’s a movie filled with stereotypes. The director is from France and he admitted not doing enough research about Mexican culture. He even said recently that Spanish is a language for modest, poor, immigrant people.
3. The protagonists are not Mexican and the dialogs were clearly written by someone that does not speak Spanish.
4. Selena Gomez accent is atrocious. Even though the movie justifies it by stating that the character is American and Spanish is not her first language, her lines doesn’t seem natural. It seems that someone translated the script from French to English to Spanish. Nobody in the history of the Spanish language has ever said “my vulva hurts just by remembering you”.
Overall, the movie is cringe and it deserves all the hate from Mexico and Latin America ✨
Furiosa deserved some nominations. Crazy that it didn't get any.
Glad to see that Ben or Lawrence (whoever did the edit) is getting in on the Rookie joke that's never going to pay off
The Wild Robot deserves best picture!
I want you guys to watch Emilia Pérez so bad. I cannot wait to hear your commentary on it 😂
4:06 please give the editor a raise
At least thoughts and prizes!
Bob’s Burgers and Inside Job references? Massive W
Nosfuratu was snubbed Big Time. In my opinion he deserved a best picture nom, best actor, cinematography, actress, etc
Not eligible to my understanding. It misses the cutoff
C'mon, just paste Fernanda Torres face on the thumbnail and summon all of us Brazilians! Anyway, jokes aside, I've been a follower for years and it's great to see you guys talking about a Brazilian movie! Hope I'm Still Here arrives to a theatre near you guys soon and you get to watch it ✌
Was Beau Is Afraid last year?
I know only 10 people saw it but I was one of them and it was very strange but very good.
Should have been nominated for something if it was eligible.
Boy…that Emilia Perez thing sure escalated quickly.
Fun fact, David Lynch was asked to direct Empire Strikes Back. When someone tried to explain it to him, he had a panic attack because it was too weird for even him. His manager said he didn't have to do it, but could do another sci-fi movie instead called Dune, based on the novels. He agreed, but only if the production name could be Blue Harvest, which is what he wanted to call Empire.
Blue Harvest being the original name for Star Wars, which was heavily inspired by the Dune books. Which got weird guys. Real weird...
Maybe they’re just not what people are looking for? I’m not saying they’re bad but I mean, it could be that simple.
What do they mean by Kieran Culkin 'for being an annoying bloke'? No frame of reference.
Believe it's just a reference to him being a cheeky chappy in that actors on actors interview with Colman Domingo
Tell us more, I'm still deeply confused
He plays a very eccentric and annoying guy in A Real Pain. He annoys, and charms, a few characters in the movie. Great performance, they talked about it in the What We Readin segment!
@@userwaitforitnameusername Yes it's this - they're referencing his character in the movie.
Do you have the time
In what world is Challengers a better film than Civil War???
James really just forms his opinions from reddit
Sure
The Dune movies are the most overrated slop in a long time. Get yur f-ing heads checkd
You ok?
