I have them too and to be honest, there is a constant noise in the audio. However, when I plug my other mic (a non wireless Rode lavalier) into the camera, this noise is almost gone. Is there a way to reduce the noise coming from the Synco mic?
Nice video, thanks. I struggled with this system but finally got it to work on all my devices (DSLR, GoPro, iPhone 12 Pro). I found the system cut out badly when I was out of line-of-site. Keeping the transmitter and receiver in line-of-site the system works very well. You get what you pay for, but this system does work just fine within the limitations.
THanks for the review... even helped after 2 years... do you have any idea if it can be used with a audio mixer for a talk show type podcast also does it record separate audio files for both mics?? Also seemed better with the external mic
I'm not sure if both mics are independent but if I remember right I believe they are and can be setup that way. You can use them with a mixing board as long as you have the right inputs and cables to match up.
@@JayRazaGaming FYI: I am not using the Comica Vimo C System for my audio recording needs, been solid so far and super compact so if' you're in the market for a wireless mic then check out the Comica Vimo C system. www.comica-audio.com/product/Vimo-C-126.html
Thanks for the review I have not been able to get stereo to work. Mono seems to work just fine when I put it in stereo only one of the transmitter seems to pick up some the other one doesn't or it's very low I'm doing this on my Samsung Note 9 phone. Has anyone else experienced this on their mobile device.
Great video very well explained how to make up my mind to whether I should purchase this item all sounds very good and I metering through stage gaining so I can get the best sound before it goes into my camera thanks for the video again!
Hi there! Thank you for the video! It helped alot! I am wondering what how the audio files are saved when using two mics from two people when connected to iphone at the same time. Do you get two files? What apps do you use? etc.
As long as you have a stereo input setup then your file will be a single stereo file with one mice on the left and one mic on the right which you can seperate later in software.
Hi there, thanks for the video, very helpful! I've purchased the G1 and I'm experienced some "scratching" when recording with the lavalier, and I've just noticed that it's happening the same on this video when your voice is going higher. Do you know how to improve it by any chance? thanks for your help :-)
To be honest I have not used this setup for a while, was not totally happy with it perhaps for same seasons, noticed a bit of cutout with it too. I just purchased the Comica Vimeo C3 setup which is supposed to be a nice setup at a lower cost then most similar setups so I do plan on reviewing it at some point but I have been in the hospital for a month due to open heart valve surgery for a genetic valve defect. Hoping to actually get out today???
@GetFitOver40 Been following your channel for a while now, I hope you can answer these questions: 1. Where is your FT2 and why don't you have it anymore? 2. What are your honest & genuine thoughts on the Total Gym? (is it good enough to build muscle/Switch between other exercises with etc.) That's that, keep making videos & if you would do a full review on the total gym at some point, that wouldn't be too bad :)
I still have my FT2, it has not moved and use it all the time, great machine. I think the total Gym System is a really great especially for upper body stuff, a bit limited with lower body but their are still some things you can do for legs. Yes you can build muscle with it, it all comes down to how hard you push yourself with it.
I've just bought one of these but I cannot get it work with my laptop. I chatted Synco but they are telling me I need an external sound card on a laptop.... in 2021.... that is ridiculous.
I use my Video editor ScreenFlow for Mac, it shows the audio waveforms and gives me an idea on their basic levels, but you could use any audio or video that shows waveforms.
Yes, I liked them the sound quality was good but there is no way to see what your settings are set to and it is easy to accidentally press a button and change a setting. For that reason I picked up the Comica Vimo 3C similar Wireless Microphones. They are super compact and the receiver has a screen so you can easily see what your setting are set to...
