The Synco D1 and the Zoom H1n both sound great and very clear. The Synco G1 does have some very noticeable noise. The price and portability are appealing, but the noise is just so much more noticeable compared to your other mics. I wanted to get the G1, but now I'm having second thoughts.
thank you for your comment. I do find it is just enough to justify. Could even be user error on my behalf or Lav mic performance that it is attached to
Niiiice! I’m getting a d2 kit today! Been waiting to find an affodable dual wireless kit. My Sennheisers are hard to beat but the much more compact layout and the two channel receiver is the deciding factor. Thanks for the audio samples and comparisons.
yeah my bro. Wireless go would still be king. This is just the budget version. haha I've had more time to train since it is holidays haha. hope you been well
Hi Jason, so happy you did this video as i was looking for a set and unsure on Komica, Rode but now deal done and i will get this set up for the money its amazing. And for £159 i can have 2 receivers set. Thanks again 👍
Great review thanks a lot! I watched a few other reviews and always noticed a slight noise with the Synco G1 A1. Did you edit your audio or did you find a way to manage the noise? I couldn't hear any noise in your audio, it sounded amazing! :)
Hey! Thx for the great video. My synco (G1A1) has a buzzing sound and even when I remove the background noise, the quality is still really bad. Any recommendations?
@@blackironbarbell I figured the buzzing sound happens when the ring light is too close to the mic. So I found a way to make it better (although as soon as I have some money, I want to get Rode!)
I actually just found out the problem, turns out the included tra 3.5mm cable is acting like an antenna picking up the radio frequency in the room. The solution is a slightly longer, double shielded 3.5 mm maker trs cable. The units work fine if you use this. The rodes have the same issue.
I’ve been wanting to get a microphone for my videos since I record only using the internal microphone from my GoPro. My sound is decent but it captures some ambient noise like the A/C even when I don’t have vents near. Would this be better? Or should I think about getting a shotgun microphone?
very good demonstration

definitely a good choice
Really enjoyed this comparison vid as I use the wireless go for my street magic videos! Also, seems like you beef'd up even more over Xmas 💪 💪

Yeah the two receiver version would be the better option
Nice! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!

You forgot to reference the latency issue. 4 ms vs 12 ms latency! You can actually hear Synco's delay while monitoring. Saramonic has the same issue.
you are correct!

I have the same issue. Have you found a solution? I've got the G1 (a2) and zoom h1n

I have the Zoom H1n and a lav mic, but this Synco is also an interesting option. Thanks for the info and presentation Jason!👊
thank you my bro. It is great because it is directly into the camera
Your video doesn't seem to have any of the static noise other UA-camrs using the G1 seem to have! How did you do it?
Wow those are great.
it is awesome for the price
Compatibility for Osmo Pocket 1, please. Thanks. Very nice/complete video.🏆
I am also going to order for a2 i need rode don't know whether it comes with two mic one reciever format
Great video, fantastic work actually. I was wondering can you use two different SYNCO-G1(A1)-Wireless-Lavalier on one transmitter?
There's a G1(A2) kit that comes with two transmitters. I don't think you can add one to the A1 kit.
Internal storage details?
Hello, I am experiencing a lot of audio drop outs! I hear audio, then it just drops out, anyone else??
I’ve been getting popping or cutting out on my synco set. Anyone with the same issues?

What external lav mics would you recommend to go with the synco g1?
Hi jason ....for osmo pocket 1 ....you will advice G1 (a1) or G1 (a2)....is that difference of 50 $ worth it???
Oh basically its same just one extra mic ...so a2 have two mic and one receiver if i m correct
yeah extra mic
Nice video
thank you for watching
