This is my last video of 2024 guys! So Happy new year, make it a special one ✌I launched this channel back in January 2024 and now we're almost at 13k ~ the next few videos will be in Philippines and then back to Thailand content soon! Thanks for all the support this year 💙
As a Filipino, I think it would be fantastic for visitors to explore the less-traveled areas of our country. Instead of just sticking to the typical food like adobo, halo-halo Jollibee, and the popular spots like, Boracay, Siargao, and Palawan, I encourage them to dive deeper and discover the more genuine and rich experiences the Philippines has to offer. While we still have some improvements to make, especially regarding infrastructure and safety, I hope that tourists come with a clear understanding of what to expect. If they do, I’m confident they’ll find joy in our unique offerings, even with our imperfections. However, it’s important to acknowledge that there will always be some visitors with particular interests, including those drawn to sex tourism or seeking relationships with local women, as well as those involved in less savory activities.
As a Filipino, as far as I can tell, the foreigners come here to enjoy and explore the islands. Some would go find a wife or husband, they would go for work, for charities, for pleasure, for business. Some does vlogs, create and grow their UA-cam channels because a lot of Filipinos are thirsty for validation from foreigners, they like being praise. I can also tell that Filipinos are warm and very hospitable that's why the foreigners keep coming back. They are treated like a king or queen and the money exchange or the money value is an advantage for a foreigner. Dollar has more value than the Philippine peso.
That kind of thinking is extremely archaic. There may be people like that today, but I hope we think before we speak. You are significantly degrading the reputation of Filipinas or Filipinos in general. Foreigners prefer to retire in the Philippines for a variety of reasons these days. Consider a more economical lifestyle in our country. The Philippines is a developing country, and BGC is modern, yet the prices of items are lower than in their home country. Furthermore, the Philippines' finest export is undoubtedly its people. Be proud of your country at least by leaving a positive comment here.
you would only think about those things when a country has nothing to offer. Heck this country is a tropical paradise on earth duh...the philippines has won seversl world travel awards plus we are weel known for the most beautiful beaches in this planet!
The United States has had a significant presence in the Philippines for over a 125 years U.S. since we beat the living crap out of Spain following the Spanish-American War. Approximately 4.1 million Filipino Americans reside in the United States (and we love them). Nearly 300,000 U.S. citizens live, in the PI full time each year. In addition, 1 million US tourists visit each year contributing 1% of the GDP of the whole country, around $800 million. The 4.1 million Filipinos residing in the US send home $14 BILLION to the PI economy. So no, not "passport bros" or "sex tourists" making up the majority of the interactions in the PI or with the economy. You are a naysayer, pessimist, obstructionist, saboteur of reason...
I know why you visit the Philippines because the Philippines beat Thailand in Mitsubishi electric cup 2024 right? Or Thailand lost to Philippines right? If wasn't for Mitsubishi cup you probably forget the Philippines
