Sir, its a very learning video. At 1:45:30 question whether statement can be used under civil case.... My question is can a statement u/s 161 CrpC be used in cross criminal case?
Justice v Kumar always rocks
Great initiative...
Super sir
Excellent lecture His Lordship. It's a critical area and very difficult to convince the trial court's hon'ble judges at the time of cross examination. Your lecture to be brought to the notice of all trial courts both bar and bench for clarifications and enable the trial lawyers to do successful cross examination convincing the presiding officer.
In corruption cases I find out that statement recorded before judge is same as statement recorded under 161 crpc, it is correct practise or I object at this time in court
Sir, if I am not wrong as far as the offence u/s 7, 13 of pc act 1988 is concerned the entire investigation take place before trap and the trap is the last stage to complete the offence. If trap fails then there is no offence.
Shyam Sir pls conduct lecture on Pocso Act.
Sir my only question is that if witness died after before trial than that witness sec 161 cr.p.c can be utilised at the time of trial.. if yes how
Un-muted persons and constant doubts were major distractions. 54:45 and 57:39 (people signing at the back) are as good as insulting the guest speaker. Humble suggestion that the doubts must be asked at the very end and controls of muting and un-muting be taken over my the admin.

Omissions and commissions amount to contradictions. Sir, you never stated anything about commissions.
Funniest moments when people do not even fail to mute their mikes
