- HellSweeper VR is a gorgeous VR game. I never would have played this game without corey because rogue like gameplay always bores me but Hellsweeper has the graphics, it has the best VR movement system I've ever seen for a VR rogue like game and the gameplay is fun. I had just as much fun in this game as I did wet rust this week... wet rust would be an excellent name for a gamer supps flavor gamersupps.gg/Habie

Watching habies videos get views thousands at a time is awesome because I know he's done this for years with tiny views and does it because he loves it. I seriously doubt he understands how much of a staple he is becoming in so many peoples lives because of consistent good content fueld by simple love.
He has changed my life so much he is amazing. H, if you are reading this, your videos get me through some tough times while I am taking a poop, which are the toughest of times for me.

That was my first VR game. It made my friend nearly vomit, but I loved it. I usually describe it as Deadpool and Genji had an adopted cyberpunk son who is now tripping balls.
sairento is so old, was my first vr game but it's probly still my favorite, not sure if its just the nostalgia or if it actually deserves that
there's just something so novel about the movement and specifically the sniper with the tv scope that made it so much easier to aim for headshots quickly
Hopefully you will check out Praydog's unreal engine VR wrapper. It lets basically most unreal engine 4* and 5 into a vr game. Probably the biggest thing to happen to VR in recent memory and it was community driven. A great starting point and can't wait for the bright future of mods to convert flat games into interactive vr experiences.
The big hurdle is turning all the weapons into VR weapons.

I miss my VR. Heres a lesson for everyone who files for work comp. DONT LET THEM coerce you into dropping the case because your employer is gonna sue you into oblivion if you dont. Thankfully ive got habie to tide me over till i can work up the money to get it back.
You should make a video about that situation as it seems super good information for people to have in case they need it
@@rattmcpossum oh it's simple. Don't hide the fact that you're physically disabled from your employer so that you get better pay. Pride will send you straight to the ER. Also I don't know how to make UA-cam videos I never put much stock into vlogging and mom always said I have a face made for radio.

If you press the teleport key again in midair without releasing it, you'll stay there in freeze time and you can shoot from there indefinitely

Pointless info:
Roguelike is when you die during the run and you basically start at square one, minus having unlocked a new character or something.
Roguelite is when you die but unlock stuff/level up that makes future runs easier.
So Nuclear Throne would be like, Hades would be lite.
I had finally learned this info a few months ago.

This game is SOOOOO GOOD!!! You definitely gotta have some good VR legs to really play it at it’s full potential, doing wall runs and flips and using a lot of the advanced magic spells and weapons, but it is so much damn fun once you get the hang of it (and don’t get motion sickness lol). I never get bothered by motion sickness so I can play this for hours and just go wild. The game gets REALLY CRAZY once you start getting to higher levels and unlocking all the different weapons and abilities, and then when you get the mace with the grappling hook ability and you can spend whole entire levels without ever touching the floor at all lol.
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND this game!

To back flip you have to put your hands in the air at the climax of your jump
To do the flips you gotta throw your hands up at the apex of your jump and you get the dog from leveling

I went to Japan last summer and yeah this is what it looks like.
try Population One, its a VR BR and the Matadors are so fun (Akimbo pistol shotguns that are reloaded via spinning)

Nice, Idk if you ever want to revisit Halo VR for Contractors but I uploaded 14 more maps in the last 6 months and the team has made some awesome progress with the HLD Loadout. Have weapons that spawn on the maps now and stuff. Just an idea for some content if you want

Habie if you haven't played it, could you check out The Light Brigade? It is another roguelike but in my opinion it has some of the best guns in a proper singleplayer VR game. (H3VR doesn't count because it's a sandbox of course)

Can confirm the Argentina pricing. Due to YT staying in the local currency (which is extremely devalued), the cost of supporting a UA-camr is negligible.
Think of that one clip in Eurotrip where the guys ask "What are we gonna get with that?" and they basically get a 5star hotel? Yeah kinda like that.
You should try out Outer Wilds, there’s been a vr mod for it recently and it’s amazing

one of my most played games in VR last year, with around 60 hours played. btw to flip during a jump. make sure it is turned on in options. then at the top of a jump throw both your hands up in the air. presto flip. you can also slide across the ground and run along walls. just crouch. make sure you have it set up in options to trigger at a comfortable height.
Nothing compared to my 85 hours on into the radius
@@Rorkeebear well if i included my playtest time and the demo. it is around 100 hours. my most played game is skyrim VR using only the KAT C, with around 280 hours. Into the Radius is another game i want to sink some time into.

To clarify about the roguelike/roguelite thing, both of them are real. Roguelikes are a game genre where if you die, all of your game progress gets reset back to the start, and you have nothing left but your knowledge gained from your last playthrough. It was named that way because of the video game "Rogue", which invented the modernized concept. Roguelites, however, are a subgenre of roguelikes where you lose most of your progress when you die, but you can unlock or earn permamant upgrades to make the next run easier. Named that way since theyre a "lite" version of Rogue, since you dont lose everything once you die. Most of the popular roguelikes known today are technically roguelites. Hope this helps!
Almost got this yesterday but got COMPOUND instead, I recommend that one for sure. I just liked the idea of “DOOM VR, but good”, since doom vr doesn’t work on oculus:( Still wanna try this game though, thanks for another great vid habie, happy new year!!

have you not played their previous game, Sairento? it's basically the same movement system, but set in a cyberpunk world
You should really check out this vr game called Night Club simulator. It’s 6$ but definitely worth it and more. It’s like a vr gta/postal with this very odd communication towards npcs using hand movements. It’s very good

But it also has bullet time and you can do flips n stuff
Some VR experiences you might like checking out:
attack on titan games. there's 3 or 4 of them, one is a quest exclusive and is challenging but VERY fun, zipping around in odm gear. then there's a pc one that has a lot more content and you can flip upside down and all that craziness. very unique games.
Stride, a mirrors edge in vr but more shooting people. not a ton of variety but what it has is unique and entertaining.
MX Bikes. doesn't feature any controls with vr controllers, but you can use the headtracking to lean on the bike (front/back, left/right) and the game is such a good simulation that you forget its a game. One of the most engrossing vr experiences, because it's challenging to learn to go fast, and then once you can your flying off jumps and ripping around the track with your stomach in your throat. Only thing that sucks is doing a backflip bugs out the camera
AND FINALLY, go to blade and sorcery nexus, get wolverine mods, get the leap mod, and let out all the rage. not sure if you ever played that old wolverine origins game but it feels like that but in vr and your actually slicing people up with your own retractable claws

Backflip, Simply turn on advanced movements in options. Jump, and raise your arms in the air at the height of the jump. Done.
Try sweet surrender on quest it is very good
