I had so much fun!! I love this video, I was laughing so hard while we were filming it and again watching it after. 😂 I’m working on my video of the zoo tour too! Can’t wait to film more zoos together!! 😊👏
One of my favorite zoos on the planet! The Dallas Zoo has it's own charm, but the Ft. Worth Zoo is a better overall experience. Additionally, it's very close to the Ft. Worth Botanic Garden, which is a must-see the next time you're in the area. Looking forward to part two!
Whenever I’m in Fort Worth I always make sure to get down to the stockyards and hit RISKYS restaurant! Dāv you really need to check this place out. ALL YOU CAN EAT SMOKED BEEF RIBS …. I don’t think I need to say anything more lol
You mentioned feeding ostriches, if you’ve never heard of it the rooster cogburn ostrich ranch in Tucson, AZ is a great places. You get to feed ostriches and many other animals. Also, bearizona in Williams, AZ is a great place to get up close and personal with some animals.
Can't wait for the MOLA tour, went to Fort Worth back in the mid 2010s, the year it opened, really want to see if things have changed there. Probably one of my favorite reptile houses (visuals wise) in the US.
Very nice Zoo. Near my hmetown in Noxen PA they have a rattle snake roundup where they catch local rattlesnakes, work with game commission to mark them for conservation and proceeds go to the fire department. I think it would make a good trip for you and would help with animal conservation. Win Win
I worked for the construction company that built the atrium and did the excavations on the site also did a lot of the cable enclosures and the board walks ,1991-93
Fun fact about the World of Primates, it hasn't changed or really been updated in at least 30 years, and is going to be getting an overhaul in the future, I believe after the large cats get their upgrades. I can't wait, especially since the 2 previous upgrades are so good.
@@DavKaufmansAdventures awesome to hear! And along the Minnesota lines, I don't know if you've ever heard of the Zollman zoo just north of Byron, down by Rochester? It's basically a nature center with a bunch of Minnesota native animals that are rescues. (not to mention a few native snakes.) They even have wolves and a bear. It's definitely worth a stop next time you're down that way.
Loved the tour, this makes me really wanna take a tour of the zoo next time I'm in the area. Other then that girl in the pink shirt nose piercings grossing me out this was a great video
Dav hat to rain on your parade but it is the African, and not the Asian Elephant that is the largest land mammal, and second largest mammal in the world the great blue whale is the biggest mammal in the world.

Both are on my list!
