In July I stayed in 8264 and loved it. The private pool and private bar was amazing. I definitely took advantage of sunbathing on the private deck. I've been on other cruise lines and I love Carnival hands down. Glad you all enjoyed 😊😊😊

Just got off the celebration. I went sept 7-15th. Did the ABC islands. We had cabin 10452 extended balcony aft. Leon was truly awesome. Happy Belated Birthday 🥳

@@apriltenille7649 I was given a $50 gift certificate for my birthday but I heard you have to spend $199 to use it. Then the prices they gave while I was there…just wasn’t worth it to me. I rather spend my money on excursions or food. lol.
@@katrinaTravelDIYER You can pay $60-$100 *prepaid for a cloud 9 spa pass for the duration of your cruise. The single treatments are way too expensive. If I don’t have Havana I treat myself to the spa. Looking forward to the rest of your vlogs😄🎉

And the wait for the birth certificate was very, very fast check-in and went through

I just got off the Carnival Horizon 2 weeks ago and looking at Guys Burger 🍔 got me wanting to go back 😂😂, i went on the Celebration last summer had a wonderful time, glad yall enjoyed yall selves how was the Havana Suites , im going on Wonder of the sea in November, I like both cruise lines 👍🏿👍🏿
@@rodmills737 I loved the deck but the room was a lil tight. I have a full vlog on the wonder of the seas as well. That ship is Huge. I gotta doctors next. But more to come in the carnival ship. Guy’s Burger 🍔 was the truth no complaints

I heard you can bring your bags onboard yourself. Is that true? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
You can but never have it’s too much. You want to be hands free. I always only bring just a carry on. They deliver your bags right to your room for you. When you first board the ship you want to explore, maybe go eat…you don’t want to worry about your bags. But it’s completely up to you.
They give you a $50 coupon but you have to spend $199 to be able to use it, that was my experience on symphony of the seas

How much did your state room cost
I don’t remember the full cost off the top of my head but it was over $2000 after discounts
I’m going in celebration in November…they have us staying on deck 5 in a balcony cabin….can anyone tell me which floor is the best to stay on. I usually cruise Royal so this is my first time on carnival too
@@thefinishingtouchcw8394 you can look at the deck plans on the website to see everything on the ship. I was on deck 8 I loved it. It’s was one of the main floors but I was in the Havana Cabana. The higher decks are typically better or more popular for the balcony views
@@katrinaTravelDIYERwe usually book deck 8-11 but when I booked this cruise for some reason it didn’t let me select floor, room, etc….im going to try and call customer service to change floors…I know if my girl Katrina says the ship was fun it’s def gonna be a time❤
@@thefinishingtouchcw8394 it depends on the type of booking. You can let them book your cabin for a cheaper rate in the category you choose or you can do your own. Next time I can handle your entire booking for you free of charge. I’m a travel agent

That’s cool. The birth certificate lines to get off the ship on our cruise was well over and hour. I’m in the fb cruise chat and they are still talking about how long the lines were. Sometimes it’s short other times it’s crazy. All depends on how many people are on your ship with birth certificates
In Long Beach the lines are the opposite. The birth certificate lines are the shortest and the passports line was THE LONGEST. 😢
Fyi them edibles can get u banned for life. Ask the lady, Van Veldhuizen, that got banned from Carnival last year.

@@TheMonica82 I know getting off the ship it was taking people over an hour to get out on the birth certificate line. It was crazy. In the carnival chat after the cruise people were saying they finally made I it off the birth certificate line. Our passport line was so fast. But glad you didn’t have a long wait. It all depends on how many are on your ship

@@Chyrise it was all in fun but I did do a lot of comparisons. I couldn’t help it. I truly had an awesome time but compared to Royal Carnival definitely has to step up their game.
