I have a different brand of IPL device, and i had troubles with my upper lip hairs. After 2-3 years of use, i dont see them as long as i make sure to use it once a week. Safe to say IPL does work as long as you are consistent.
Frequent shavibg can make skin dark pero kung gagamit k ng ganitong machine shave first bago gamitin. Di recommended magbunot kasi walang ugat ng hair na papatayin ang machine
