I had the pleasure of piping the Haggis into a beautiful room in the St George's Hotel in Llandudno Wales. The Address to the Haggis was given by an Amazing Man, an ex Service Soldier. Who was blinded during an assault. I was so impressed that I had to introduce myself to him and thank him for such a wonderful rendition of the poem. This is someone I will never forget.
I worked at one Burns night when the haggis was stabbed and the poor addressee had successfully punctured a bubble of fat just below the surface which proceeded to project forth towards the ceiling and down on everyone at the top table 😂 Now that was memorable.
What a delivery indeed.
That's the first time I've seen a piper address the haggis.

What a delivery and almost impossible to find the right words to praise.
Splendid - no other word for it - thanks.
Glad you all enjoyed my rendition of #Robert #Burns famous 'Address to the Haggis'. Looking forward to the next #haggis season to open!

The piper has good fingers and interpretation. Delivery of the "Address" was theatrical, but "nae sae bad".
Almost everyone followed the toast to the haggis and what sounded like a frightfully English lady managed Cheers! 🙄
What a handsome piper
It’s Roderick the piper!
Can we see some footage of the Tesla coil? That's what's behind him right?
Very good Ode. But I have seen far more animated and dare say mare passionate 🏴🏴🏴
