We were drooling editing this video😋Did we miss any of your favorites? Hope you all have a great day eating delicious food 👍👍
Taiwan street food are fabulous 👍👍👍
Yes they really are!
wow dear lovely Taiwan Night Market STREET FOOD TOUR
I am always amazed that dough can stick to the sides of tandoors like that. I always would think they would fall in after a bit.
I’m very glad to watch your video. Have a good tour
haha you must be the first foreign youtubers I have seen go to Nanjichang. Just did a video myself there, it is one of my favourite in Taipei.
Ooh just checked out your videos of the market - Awesome! It was such a delicious market
사라는 지금껏 봐온 국제커플 와이프 중 가장 예쁨
Thanks for making such a good video! All the food was so inviting! It’s definitely worthy a visit to Taiwan!
We highly recommend! And good prices too 👍
😋😋😋Night market so good!!!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Make sure to try beef noodle soup while you’re in Taipei 🔥
Also definitely checkout the authentic Taiwanese stir fried food that only opens at night time. Those are the best!
We'll definitely have to try these sometime 😊
Did u change your channel name? Lots of yummy food in Taiwan
We did change our name, thanks for noticing ☺️
For the first time stinky tofu eater, try the deep fried stinky stofu with kimchi.
8:30 Eat until you doubt your life😂😂😂
Welcome to travel to my beautiful hometown🇹🇼
Love how active and delicious so many of the night markets are in Taipei! And this one looks quite special! Glad you guys survived the stinky tofu and were able to continue the video all the way to the end 😂
I love it so much. ❤
Thank you! You're so kind~
Very great 😊
Thank you 😃
It’s really local market we love to go, and glad to see you had a good time ❤
wow watched u 6 years ago and u disappeared suddenly - glad to see you are still together
Thanks so much! Yea, we got married. And still together 😃
You 2 ate soo much!! Crazy cheap night market ive never heard of. Every other vlogger just goes to Shilin, Raohe and Ningxia. I guess if I was in Taiwan right now I'd head straight for Taiwanese popcorn 🐓 with basil and fresh 🍉 juice
Ooh that popcorn sounds so good! We'll have to try it sometime~ And the prices at the market were seriously amazing, we loved it 😊
The life function in Taiwan is great, thank you for sharing the video. 😊❤️🇹🇼👍
We're so glad you enjoyed the video, Thank you for watching! 😊
How did y’all eat that much. Holy cow! Taiwanese night markets are the apex of night markets.
Regarding the stinky tofu, many people start off by hating it. I used to think of smelly hot garbage, but over time I’ve come to love it. Now my mouth waters. I think a good rule of thumb I try to follow is, if a group of people like something, then there must be a reason why.
It’s kind of like kimchi, it takes a while but now it’s so good.
Lol we were so stuffed by the end of this! We totally agree - stinky tofu was such a popular food at every market we went to, so we figure it's something you can get used to with time. We're hoping to keep trying a few different types in the future
Awesome!
The hot sugarcane juice is good to throat!
Love your video.
beautiful
Interesting street foods . Watching from the 🇵🇭 Philippines
You guys need to try some decent restaurants, much more better food than the night market food. Chinese food tastes so much better in Taiwan than in China.
Ohh that's good to know, thank you so much!
I am Chinese American and love Taiwanese food having been there for three weeks and traveling throughout the country. However I do have to say that even though the food was very tasty it really can’t be said to represent Chinese food on the whole as the main group of ethnic Chinese in Taiwan are from Fujian province so their food is more representative of that province with a few items from Shanghainese region. It may not be apparent to most non Chinese but since I’m Cantonese I can tell there is a major difference between the seasoning and textures even though Fujian and Guangzhou are neighbors. The reason why Taiwanese food is so good is that it is very fresh, simple, not too spicy and easy to appreciate except for the slimy noodles, that is an acquired flavor. China has too many variations and regions for simple generalizations and it is much more difficult and intimidating to navigate due to the language barrier but some of the food there is very sophisticated and outstanding, like it’s on a totally different level of cooking professionally, it’s just a matter of knowing where to go especially if you are a foreigner. There is a wider range there also in terms of good quality versus bad.
@@TheSmokey1523 try some very good reviewed Shanghai/Schchuan restaurants in Taipei, the chefs and owners are mostly originally from mainland China. Yes they are prob less spicy, but I really do think they have made Chinese food tastes better than the ones in mainland.
Good
Soap cleansed noodles yeah😅😅😅
👍👍👍
❤

Sticky tofu stinks because it is fermented. Korean food has fermented fish, which is also stinky. I think it’s called Hongeo-hoe (Korean: 홍어회; Chinese : 洪魚膾) There are stinky French cheese, too.
These dishes are all acquired tastes. Not all Taiwanese like stinky tofu. But I know there are foreigners who have learned to appreciate the taste of stinky tofu and got used to the smell.
It takes an adventurous spirit to experience unfamiliar food like stinky tofu. I applaud your courage to at least try it out. 😅👏👍
Ah thank you, we might try a few different types in the future to see if we really don't like stinky tofu or if we just dislike that one we tried. We also dislike 홍어 too but try it every once in awhile. Both have pretty bold flavors for sure
We really love trying out strong foods like this, some are winners for us and some not! 😂 Are you a fan of stinky tofu?
@@twobetween I’m not a fan of sticky tofu, but I eat them once in awhile. They are commonly found in most night markets and eateries in Taiwan. Once you overcome the smell, the taste is actually not bad.
I LOVE and miss stinky tofu so much I can’t tell you. Time foe me to go back to Taiwan.
How's the weather? Is it hot or still ok?
We were there much earlier this year, but we heard it's pretty hot now!
what app did you use for translating the image to english?
We use Google translate, they have a camera/photo option
I am Taiwanese and I don’t get stinky tofu as well. That’s something I’d never understand hahaha
People seem to either love it or hate it! We're glad we got to try it
How to get here? Which metro is it nearest to? TIA! :)
I think the two closest metros are Xiaonanmen (green line) and Longshan Temple (blue line), but we used the bus (line 20). We recommend google maps to find the bus routes to get there - enjoy! :)
Because girl very Beautiful
這才是多數歐巴的樣子
How does the stinky tofu compare to fermented 홍어?? well it is possible that neither of you like 홍어 … haha
Haha, we really don't like 홍어 either 😂 both burn the nose quite a bit, but the stinky tofu smell was a lot stronger, filled the whole street lol
remember your first smoke and beer, how terrible the taste is. Guess what .. all the people in the world smoke and drink all the time. Stinky tofu gets a bad rap.
