Clean plays everywhere. Clem played out of his mind in all three games. That he was able to keep up with all three of you at the same time - especially in that last game - was a testament to just how good Clem really is. It was insane to watch him deal with everything you guys threw at him, yet at the same time watching you guys micro was brilliant, and I can only hope I’m half as good as you all! I particularly liked watching you dodge the EMPs with blink stalkers in the last game. Truly superb.
That last game was nuts, insane plays from everyone involved. Definitely was a pretty cool choice of handicap for the challenge, stalkers and templar in prisms are a lot more fun to watch than zealots and disruptors.
awwwwwww, i wanted to hear clem reactio/response to this at the end there Siiick last match though, actually crazy, i've barely hit diamond, and i don't think i play at that level, so watching this sort of game is crazyyyyyy. ggs
@Harstem please do a format like this: You ask the player who is supposed to play as solo against the Archon team how he likes to play before each round --> No nerf? One nerf? Or two nerfs? No nerf means the challenged one has to play against 3 other pro players. One nerf means the challenged one has to play against 3 other pro players with one Two nerfs means the challenged one has to play 6 players (double the trouble on both sides!) The Archon team shoud get a relatively significant "handicap/ban" rule. This can be chosen in a way of a spinning wheel where there are a variety of "nerfs" for each race. Obviously each race that gets a nerf has it's own spinning wheel but it cannot be a nerf that is too extreme. Otherwise two "perfectly combined" nerfs would make it impossible for the archon team to win and thus destroy the whole point of the challenge. --> Too extreme would be obviously no zerglings for zerg or no marines for terran --> Reason beeing early cheese defenses etc. Also no upgrade handicaps when it comes to stimpack and the +1/2/3 --> Because of lategame maxed out fights etc. Everything else like: No Storm, no HT, no DT, no Zergling Speed, no Blink, no Phoenix range, no Baneling speed, no Hydra, no Marauder, Hellion/Hellbat, no Zealot/Charge etc still absolutely fine. If you are thinking: "There are not that many options then"... Think again. A man can be very imaginative when it comes to those things. For example --> You could say: After the 8 or 10 minute mark the archon zerg team is not allowed to build Zerglings anymore. Also the Challenged player (solo player) should not get any information about the handicap(s)/ban(s). With this you could give the challenged solo player the ability to choose how hard it gets. It is still quite an impossible challenge, but if it is actually too hard for the solo player, he can still go a little bit more easy by giving one or two nerfs on the Archon team.
I love these archon colab exhibition games, It's fun to watch you guys with less familiar high-tier Pros like MaxPax... wish we had other streamers on Clem's side, if he only speaks French, then someone (probably Lowko) who could translate in realtime... Or maybe they could add Subtitles on the UA-camrs Vod if they were playing with Koreans whom could only communicate a little English during the game... I dunno, it'd be so fun to analyze the difference in teamplay against a pair like Mana and Harstem
I believe a 3 player archon should dedicate one player for scouting the enemy and interpreting the data to predict his play. Maybe harass if they have the mental bandwidth, but that risks unnecessary distraction from their primary goal. map-hack like intel is possible with 3 people using toss, it would be hard to make bad decisions using this approach and two pros are more then enough to macro and micro the army
Harstem doesn't seem that upset from what Maxpax says so i guess that's just how Maxpax sounds. Maybe Maxpax just sounds like he thinks Harstem's ideas are dumb. Maybe Maxpax is super impressed with Harstem and feels jealous of Harstem's beautiful mind style of playing SC2.
Protoss is always in trouble when it has to engage the terran army. The meta is usually to dance around the engagement and try to pick off units when you can, never make a mistake and get stimmed in on, and hope you can out damage the eco, which is extremely difficult. If you do all that you can win. Otherwise cheese / all in. Even all in "wins" just get you to a base trade, which somehow despite floating buildings and mules, protoss sometimes wins.
stalkers being the worst protoss unit, and somehow the most often built. Watching them lose like 5 stalkers just while fleeing is painful considering the price of one stalker.
PLEASE do a cannon rush challenge video against Reynor or Serral with Mana and MaxPax at support on your side. Just some cannon rush build that is all-in cannon rush or with at least with a cannon rush involved and then transitioning out of it or sth like that. And don't tell them before you do it. Just tell them you got a really hard challenge against them and you wanna see if it is possible with some help in Archon mode. This would be S-Tier content! 😂
keep the main army at home for the macro player. Have the other two players each take 3 adepts and maybe a prism, and maybe a storm templar and harass. Adepts should out micro clem being split into two locations.
zealots are one of the most important units, but not having them isn't that bad, because you still have the money at least. The best units are the non-disruptor robo units and phoenix VR
The reaper is definitely not the most broken unit but I do think there is something wrong with it. There are so many terran units you can just end a game with if conditions break right. They get so many shots on goal vs the other races, and so many mulligans.
I mean, but the same applies to other races For Zerg theres banelings if they bust your wall or lings if they go through a 1cm empty space in your wall, theres lurkers if you dont expect them in a place, theres infestors that can neural all of your army to force out a bad engagement or fungal it to do the same And same for protoss, I mean, DTs can end the game right away if youre not prepared for them (esp as a Terran), adepts can do the same vs Zerg, Disruptors can kill your entire army if you dont pay attention to it for 2 seconds, and the infamous carriers that you can amass and win the game if your opponent does nothing Every race has those types of units, I don't think Terran is purely exclusive to it
We need more of this Harstem/MaNa banter, top tier
And after this, MaxPax felt that he was dragged down by his 2 teammates (j/k), so he proceed to 3-0 Clem by himself in EPT EU Open Cup Final.
"How does MaxPax do VS Clem with a severe Handicap?" Is what I read the title as. ;)
Idk, MaNa was the mvp it feels in the last game. Thooose sick storm drops, impossible to do in a real 1v1 game
the multi prism storm drops are real banter
Holy shit, the public finally gets to hear Maxpax speak.
And of course his first words are calling Harstem bad, the only possible outcome.
Hahahhahaha truly an expected outcome xD how old is he again?
Max has been on harstems Channel before
You could hear Maxpax long time ago when Beastyqt was still playing SC2, and they did some 2v2
@@chyzyzbik5623 no because he didn't have a mic back then or at least in die episodes i watched. Beasty talked but maxpax typed
you could hear him 10 times at least
these archon matches have me at the edge of my seat. why isn't archon mode a thing for tournaments? lot of potential
Could not agree more. Its like removing the "you against yourself" side of Starcraft and seeing what is actually possible.

Double Prism High Templar is so nasty, I think that’s really what turned the tide of that last game.
Yeah 51:13 was hilarious lmao
maxpax is realizing his puberty is ending and the world is a fucked up place.
That last game was sick
I saw MaxPac vid and was wondering wheres yours was. Keep up the great work 👍👍👍
22:30 "go walk around with this probe". LOL this made the vid awesoms
Those games were out of the chart. We need more of you with Mana. You made me dying of laugh.
That last game! You guys looked so dead until MaxPax hallucinated about 1000 MMR.
That last game was nuts, insane plays from everyone involved. Definitely was a pretty cool choice of handicap for the challenge, stalkers and templar in prisms are a lot more fun to watch than zealots and disruptors.

Sick campaign mission played by the captain with the stalker party
Clem the kinda guy to be the 1 in a 3v1.

Clem was probably as stressed handling harrasment from 3 pros as I am handling a single drop in platinum
What a fucking insane last game!?! Like WHat!? I need that PIG chat at the end to give me a synopsis of what i just watched.
god damn they had to micro their asses off with 3 pros just to beat one terran lol. this was so much fun nice video
That they can't make zealots is a very big deal in the midgame and no disruptor is a big deal in the lategame.
we need an archon game but it randomly switches the control between the two players. chaos!
I'm into this stuff
Those storms in the last game... Protoss wet dream:)

That was crazy last game
the last game was legendary epic ; ) The one which is really used the power of archon mode
Day 5 of asking for bubble trouble. The whole bubble trouble community wants this. There are only 3 of us now
Wow, amazing game. i wish it was the full version though.
That was a lot of fun!
Wow, secret video
This was absolutely epic
First time hearing MaxPax voice, face reveal soon?
He sounds like a probe
@@justinpeter5752hahahaha, yeah
@@justinpeter5752 lmao i laughed so hard at this, thanks
Some banger games!
Sooo…Harstem was the changeling, right?
The storms, holy shit

they re friends and have made videos before, so i dont think he minds.
Well Harstem ideas could be dumb for him beacuse Maximus Paximis is a lot better playren than captain
MaxPax is such a savage xD

Crem de clem, as most always
