Right, and thank you. I should have mentioned that very important point. I'll add some text to make it clear. The EPA site lists it, but there's also a column showing that MSRP cap. If, for some reason, Rivian decided to sell some quad R1Ts for less than the cap, it is eligible.
@@DriveElectricWithDomenick I think those are the vehicles delivered recently under the old pricing. A recent build R1S quad motor, built in October 23, was delivered with a $80K price. If you order that truck today, it would be $92K. So it makes me wonder how many deliveries are still going to be at the old pricing.

Thanks for the content. Is the price cap for a SUV/Truck still $80K? If so, the quad motor Rivians shouldn't qualify, given their bas price.
