Thank you for this, especially how to assemble it. I have a 3 week old preemie and my insurance paid for this pump (in the USA). In the hospital they had the Medela symphony electric pump, and suggested I rent it from the hospital for a month so that I can help better with my milk supply. I'm about to send it back and of course the parts are so completely different, so thank you for making this video
My brain is hurting. I’ve read so many reviews and watched so many reviews on different electric pumps. From the Medela maxi swing, momcozy, Bellababy and so many others. I’m looking for a double one like the one you reviews plus a hands free portable one to take out and about. Aaaahhhhh. I can’t decide. Do you think it’s ok buying off eBay a used one?
Hi there how do you manage to get 160 ml milk in 15 minutes? It takes me good 45 minutes and both breasrs to get that quantity. Any tips you can share will be useful. Thanks
I think a lot depends on how much your baby feeds and how much you naturally supply. This was when my son was exclusively breastfeeding so I produced quite a lot. You could try expressing more regularly to boost your milk supply. I also get more milk if I don't feed him for a while (eg. First thing in the morning). Hope this helps!
@@myreggioinspiredhome thanks. I am mostly pumping at the moment as my lo is not able to latch properly. I have been trying power pumping to increase the supply.
I don't think they make this one anymore as when I bought it it was already second hand. The one I use now is from Tommee Tippee and it is also great, just type in 'Tommee Tippee microwave steriliser' and you will find it.
@@myreggioinspiredhome All the parts? I read on their website not to put the breast cushion funnel parts in a microwave steriliser but wanted to know your experience.
@@myreggioinspiredhome Fantastic! Thanks so much! I have a tommee tippe microwave steriliser from the manual pump we used to have. Will use that. It's 6 mins on full power so hopefully it's ok.
To me 130 is a very great price for a electric pump. Most breast pumps that are very good are between 199-300 dollars. So to have a great electric pump that is under 150 is a good price. Well at least for me.
It depends how I feel, I would play around with them all and see what feels best depending on how sensitive you are. Generally I leave it on the automatic setting that starts when you first turn it on.
Help please!!! What kind of bottles do you give to your babies? I started pumping but my baby won't take the bottle 😔 I have tried 4 different types of bottle nipples but he doesn't like any. Do you recommend any in specific?
Do you still feel like it's worth it? Or have you heard of/come across any other electric pumps that you think are better? I'm shopping around before I commit to such a pricey purchase..
On baby number 2 with it and still use it constantly so I do love it and it stands the test of time. I will say that I haven't tried any others though. The only other one I considered was the hands free Elvie pump but never purchased because of the price. Hope this helped! 😊
Compare it to something like the Elvie pump. Then add in all the parts that come with it and there is a good bit to it. Not a major problem but giving an honest review.

thank you so much! do you have a link from where you bought your sterilizer?

Thanks for the review! Is this pump loud or on the quieter side in your opinion?
It is fairly loud if you are in a silent room x
@@myreggioinspiredhome Thank you!
Can this pumps parts be sterilised in the microwave or using the Milton cold water steriliser? I find boiling so time consuming.
Yes, I use a microwave steriliser

@@RupturedFX I put everything in the microwave apart from the unit itself and the tubing. I have never had any issues with doing it that way.

Haha, yes that's true. I realised £100 or so is a good price after I filmed, it just seemed like a lot of money at the time!

My son took the ones provided with this set, but only if I used them regularly.
@@myreggioinspiredhome Mine wont take the ones that came with this set😔
Does it come with a 21 in breast pump

@@myreggioinspiredhome Thanks! Tbh your review already had me sold. Purchased it on boots last night! Xx
What is 100 pounds converted into us dollars? I bought the same pump for 88 US dollars
£100 is about $130. Sounds like you got a great deal!
@Davida Allen Where did you purchase your pump?
@@ashleemcgaw5235 On Amazon
Yeah it’s on amazon for $75 so I’m thinking about buying it. How’s it working for you?
Free with your insurance in states
Lmao idk how that is bulky at all
