I bought this pump, personally I don’t like it. It hurts my nipple and doesn’t drain well. Also on numerous occasions I put in in my bra pumped for 25 mins and no milk was coming out, if your out can’t check your pump while it’s in the bra.
Sometimes it depends on the order that you put it together. I found that if I put the flange on the motor and then connected to the milk container it would no have any suction like you described. I took it apart and put the flange (the plastic part that touches your breast) on last and it worked. This happened on two different occasions so I’m pretty sure that was the problem. Also if the green moving part in the center is not fully dry that can also affect the strength of the suction. Hope that helps! If you find that it was something else for you will you let me know in case I run into the same thing? Thanks!
Neither of the membranes on my pumps sit flush… I have no idea how to fix this. They lift at the bottom no matter how long I try to hold them down before re-assembling the pump. Any tips?
Hey!! I have a whole review on my channel about my thoughts but I was very underwhelmed by this pump. I would suggest the Willow Gen 3 full version or the Elvie stride!
My friend had an issue w the milk container on one of hers and had NO suction even tho it was brand new. She got a new container and it worked perfect. Any chance that could be your issue??
@@nmspartyof8312 possibly but it was both sides. I switched over to using the elvie stride with much better results and the cups are lightweight and stay on with good suction.

I have this pump and I had no problems with leaking but it doesn’t get all of my milk out of my breast.
Mine had an extremely weak suction. I’m so disappointed

As much as they cost, you would think they wouls come with the charger boxes.
I HATE that so many companies are comfortable not supplying charger boxes anymore. So dumb.
Would a standard flange insert fit this pump or do we need to buy specific ones for willow go?
would the sizing inserts you buy separately go into the 24mm flange it comes with? or the sizing inserts just by itself

Thought it important to mention that you have to charge the motors before the first use because it doesn’t come fully charged

My willow came with the sizing of 21mm. If I am a 17 mm where would I buy the correct one at ???
If you go on willow’s website, they have different size inserts to buy that fit into the pump so it’ll fit you!
For some reason my suction isn’t working on one of them do you know why?

I personally don’t get any suction from this pump. I went down to 19mm per my lactation consultant and still no suction.
I’m sorry to hear that! Maybe nipple stimulation before putting the pump on would help?
