Well I already saw the OVA version from the 90s and it's your typical kind of off the wall 90s OVA series. I remember liking it but then not exactly remembering exact details of it later on, besides that it felt very fast paced. Apparently the distributors of that OVA series over here (Streamline Pictures) edited it down into one 104 or 111 minute film originally.
Nice review. I’m hoping to get these dvds because I’m a fan of Mitsuteru Yokoyama’s works and Babel ii is one of those. Can’t wait to watch!

I have both ova and tv series. Both I thought were descent.
