The final scene was so chaotic and confusing that all I could ask is “What the heck just happened”?!

The finale was chaotic as the whole season. Like jojo siwa poppin out of nowhere, Maddox and Jet are siblings, Kourtney not getting other personality and suddenly having an anxiety and having fear of heights, Carlos basically just there as olaf, Ricky's bucket list, Gina's whole plot/backstory being thrown away after she became "EJ's girlfriend" in 6 eps, EJ being alone and not having anyone to understand him, Nini sudden family introduction, Big Red in documentary lol, Ashlyn crushing on Val without having conversation with her for more than 5 minutes the whole 8 eps and Seb was just there to deliver his lines lmao. Many more scenes confused me the whole s3. S2 still up my no. 1 spot

@@Bobbyloud Kourt is my fave along with Seb. She's so iconic,loud, quirky and funny in s1-2. But maybe the writers wanted her to relate to elsa in a way. And they made her anxiety plot so it is more realistic to the viewers. Plus her bestie,mom, howie and Shasha def took a lot on her character, she needs their presence and I do understand why her character developed into that. its just that for me, it was a sudden move and it came off very unexpected to me like it came out of nowhere. Still love the show and hoping for s4 💗

Actually I think Kourtney was always described as having anxiety! I’d re watched season 1 prior to season 3 and she very clearly doesn’t wish to make herself loud. She doesn’t sing around people and she is too scared to stand up for herself when she was being bullied about the clothing by that senior girl. So I think this anxiety seed was planted early on but only blossomed now

I appreciate that they wrapped up in a nice story in the final episode but it was just mad weird the way they did it. I respect them for including her and letting her character go chase the dream of music just like Olivia Rodrigo has in real life. I do also feel this was the wrong way to go about doing it because if anyone in the future goes to watch this and doesn’t realize that at the same time that the show was being filmed that Olivia Rodrigo was becoming a superstar then it’s not going to make sense. What they did for her character in this season only makes sense if you watch the show live and know what’s going on.
