I remember reading an interview with Morgan a few years ago where she casually mentioned the idea of a 25th anniversary rerecording of that album. How sick would it be if we got that and a brand new Kittie album in 2024?

My old band opened for for Kittie back around 2007. Some of the loveliest people I've ever met. They've always deserved the spotlight. I hope they get it now more than ever, this song is a banger.

I listened to them in 99. I had my Jnco mammoths, Kittie Tee, and got 2B spikes hair, and long wallet chain. Now I'm 38 with no Jncos, chains, but have a business haircut. I still jam Kittie and always will. Thank you ladies for all the great music and memories!!!

For those of you who are new to Kittie I highly recommend you watch their documentary Origins/Evolutions so you can see how long these Canadian women have been rocking. They’ve been through so much over their career. Not to mention the documentary is awesome as hell. For those of us that have known about them just sit back and enjoy that they’re back. These new two tracks have been kick ass but this one takes the cake for me. So so fuckin happy! Rock on ladies.

Yep, it's a fantastic watch and the live tracks with the bonus disc are a great listen too! If the rest of the album is as good as these singles, it could end up being their best album yet. Looking at the viewing figures, I think they're finally going to get the respect they always deserved. The world has just caught up with them.

I've watched this video so many times now. Love this song and so glad that Kittie is back. I remember being 15 and seeing the video for Brackish on MTV and my jaw dropped. An all female metal band was THE COOLEST thing ever in my mind. These women are badass-- love all of them, past and present members. Rock on, ladies 🤘

When Spit came out and I was driving about 45mins one way to college classes, that CD didn't leave my player for months. Always been a fan, always will, and I'm stoked they're back!

Since the first time I heard Kittie I have loved their sound. I feel it is original and very distinguishable from other metal bands out there. Glad to see that hasn't changed with this new album. This is definitely one of my most anticipated albums this year.

Without losing any of the technicality and teeth they grew across the past 2 albums, this song really recaptures some of that unique energy from the Funeral for Yesterday record. 🤘
What technicality? The verse is open chugs and the main riff of the song is just 1-2-1-2-3-2-1-2, basically the first riff someone plays when they learn about drop tuning

I bought the album "Spit" for my daughter when she was 11 years old. All my kids were raised on metal, and that same daughter's twin sons listened to metal before they were even born. One of them does a pretty good metal growl, while the other one is more the melodic type like his father. They are 7 years old.
