I got it, smells great. Better than the OG or Cologne? nah, they´re on the same line. it does smell Sauvage Elixir-ish at some point, and lasts longer than the OG. After using it a couple times, I concluded the price is because of the "limited edition" thing. It is not much for very hot weather, more for colder-ish weather: winter, autum, or cold spring days. For summer the Cologne is WAY better.
One thing is for sure: it DOES smell great!
Facts. I got the Sauv Elixir as well as it began to dry down. Still has the iconic Aventus opening but I found the dry down to be eerily similar to Mancers’s Cedrat Boise. Very balanced blend, fruity, smoky, the best of what Aventus has to offer. Great fragrance.
I have creed Royal Oud.
Creed Royal Oud is my favorite creed and you never mention or talk about creed Royal Oud, Chaos fragrance, you should make a video of creed Royal Oud, what it suits for etc.

Expensive perfumes are the same as cars, expensive watches, you buy them not because you need them but to have them in your collection.
Creed = Greed
No matter how “great” a cologne, Parfum etc smells. $500 for a bottle is beyond asinine
There is nothing that they can make that will convince me that it is worth that.
You've spent more than that on drugs and alcohol, in one night, and have nothing to show for it.

I tried it in a store and reminds me to Afnan Supremacy Not Only Intense. The price is crazy for 75ml
I have gotten the most compliments from the Not Only Intense you speak of, crazy like infinite amount more compliments than regular aventus.
So over the years they just made it weaker and weaker and weaker (and more expensive) just so they can sell their "new" version with the performance that the original had. It's honestly just so predictable. Also them only selling it in 75mL instead of also offering smaller versions is the next thing. This fragrance can be as good as it gets but I'll never by anything from Greed.
My bottle just came in today. Smells so good! I can see how some people say it has a Sauvage Elxir vibe, but the Aventus DNA shines through and the grapefruit, cinnamon and vetiver are lovely.

I had the same experience, I see this flanker as a response to diors sauvage elixir. The heart notes are eerily similar. Definitely elixir vibes but still has that unique & iconic Aventus opening. I happen to love this fragrance as well.
They just announced its coming back and it will only be available in 75ml again for the nice price of 565$ i like creed but this was just a test if it failed to sell then it would have been limited edition but since it did good its back 565 for 75ml is messed up considering that 75ml for whats now a non limited edition fragrance should run at about 420$ at most and even then its alot.
My pockets arent that deep. will be waiting for the clones

If you want to save money..take the original Creed Aventus and put it together with Dior Sauvage Elixir and you got Creed Absolu Aventus ..
$260+$153 for those both is way more expensive than $293 just for this bottle alone.
It smells good but performance is not that good at all. After about 3-4 hours it sits close to the skin a bit out lasts all day
I ended up getting me a 2 ml decant from scent split so I'm going to see what it smells like I'm just curious about what the hype is all about but as far as getting a full bottle there's no way in hell that I'm spending $540 plus dollars for a fragrance, even though I have the money I'm not doing it
Greed is not going to last with these prices/reformulations, especially as the clone houses improve and refine their products.
Randomly had a spray of this today, as soon as it dried down I’m smelling it and all I could pick up was a weaker version of sauvage elixir with a slight hint of aventus mixed in. It’s nice but not worth the price

Me personally they brought back the old creed they just amped it up with spices. I got good longevity. Pull up scentsplit they want 860 for the dam bottle now that is is crazy. People will comment about it and never tried it. I had the old aventus bottle and this new one smells just like it 👌

Smelled and tested it out yesterday and it smells damn good but that said, I wouldn't pay that much for any fragrance. It's just a ridiculous cash grab. I'll wait for a good clone to come out.
I agree with his comments. Don’t rush to buy this. I made this mistake yesterday. Smells nice at the start but 3 hours later it was basically gone from my skin. I was also under the impression that it was an Elixir. But it’s not. Biggest purchase mistake for 2023

I am a big fan of Argos. They take the art seriously. Creed went to designer dark side.
i have a sample of this and i might be getting it it is such a great fragrance, it’s so citrusy and has a spice to it and its woddy and aromatic side is great this obiously is not a budget fragrance but if you have money saved up for fragrances looking to see what to get definitely get this it is wonderful and mascular.
I wouldn't spend over $500 for any fragrance, I don't care how good it smells. There are so many others that smell fantastic and are actually affordable.
I'll wait for Al Haramain to reproduce a clone.
The dry down reminded me of Afnan not only intense and Morning Chess. The opening very similar to Byredo Oud immortal, very intense, but disappeared very quickly.
To me smells like 2016 Aventus, fresh, citrus with some spices. Then you get the Sauvage Elixir vibe and finishes with some oakmoss and woods. Definitely a dark fragrance but it did sit really fast on my skin maybe 1 or 2 hrs after applying. Get it only if you can get it cheaper.

bought two bottles from Saks on launch day and love the scent. unfortunately after an hour it's a skin scent, the projection and longevity are very poor at least on me.

Creed created Absolu Aventus for those being pushed away from all their other reformulated weaker fragrances.
For the price of any Aventus one can get several bottles of other designers or many clones dupes twists.

on 2023 I purchased Creed Aventis 3.4 oz for around $375 plus tax at Nordstrom . only last on my me less then 2 hours 5 spray . over hype sadpony ! next time I'll purchase a sample size bottle then if it lasts, I'll buy a full bottle lesson learn. sam
