This song is sad and so true about today's world, it's noisy and loud that you need to silence the world to be free from the corruption of technology and social media, I feel like this sometimes whenever I'm in public that I want to be silent and enjoy life, so this song is closest to my heart, I can feel the anger whenever he screams "Silence the World!!"
This is why Demon Hunter’s my favorite metal band. They pour so much creativity and emotion into their songs and you can hear it in the sound.

My gosh this is outstanding!! That sound!! It still has that underlying Demon Hunter rage, but with calm, cool, and collected overtones. DH's classic themes of solace and weathering the storm of open and proud godlessness in today's world shine through so vibrantly in this song. Just wow. I love this so much.

these guys always put out bangers lol yep they do try to experiment with interesting results, sounds like this album will be a mix of their previous albums, Freedom is Dead had that Self title album and Summer of Darkness album feel to it, this has the more or less Outlive and Extremist feel

Tom's voice is so characteristic, it has so much identity that every participation ends up sounding a little bit like Evergrey. And I love it, I love this band!
This is a bit of an odd place to put this, I think, but I've been wanting for some time to say this. You guys are my favorite band, and have been since high school (I've been listening to your music since around 2015). I can't get over your songs. I've listened to pretty much every one I can find, and I don't think I could ever stop listening. Not only is your music good, but I believe it glorifies God, and I think as long as you continue to seek to glorify Him, your music will continue to do so as well.
All of your songs have helped me through so much: the low points in my life, my melancholy and depression, fighting temptation, and in seeking God. I really appreciate you all, and all of your work as well. Thank you, Demon Hunter. Soli Deo Gloria.

A frequency that parallels angels when they appear, people react in terror and call it evil, not even realizing what lies before them, and yet the fallen angels stand before them deceiving them into calling them holy. This band has been a huge inspiration for me one of my driving instructors when I got my cdl turned me onto demon hunter cause I'm a huge metal head and he's also a Christian and I needed some more wholesome lyrical content in my life and I was impressed a Christian metal band that has a great message and still sounds amazing great vocals and heavy I love this band it's in my daily trucking Playlist I wish I could write music like demon hunter does gonna have to bring one of my guitars and Jam again thank you demon hunter for keeping me encouraged on the road I'm not a perfect Christian by any stretch I fall short a lot but this music reminds me I'm not the only one who gets lost in this world we live in God bless

Demon Hunter is truly one of the greatest metal bands of all time. I am constantly in awe of their ability to refine their music and remain relevant and modern, while retaining a distinctly "them" sound, in every album they make. Like, this stuff sounds NOTHING like, say, Triptych, or The World is a Thorn, but it still sounds like Demon Hunter, and it sounds super modern and awesome. Most bands that have this many albums over this many years had a peak and 1.) continue to try and remain relevant but can't, OR 2.) do what they always did and sound more and more outdated. Demon Hunter weaves through the metal trends with a deft hand. And every album is an evolutionary step over the previous. It's never a drastic change, but rather a noticeable refinement in tone and musicality.

Freedom is Dead had me more hyped but this is still a solid song. What I love most is that these new songs sound fresh. The last few albums all had a similar vibe and sound to them, but this stuff sounds “new” so to speak.

he is incredible... I highly highly HIGHLY recommend you listen to their albums, especially the last 5 Evergrey albums, Hymns For The Broken and The Atlantic are 10/10 masterpieces of epic proportions! I kid you not, you wont regret it!

I'll never forget the first time I ever heard the first track, screams of the undead, and I was like "yeah this is cool; there aren't a lot of bands that sound quite like this"... Here, almost 20 years later, they've put out all these albums, and they're all amazing. I never ever would have guessed Demon Hunter of all bands would be such a big deal to me now, the reason for which is mainly because I love the Lord, and their music was catalystic in my conversion about a year and a half ago, but also that the music is so incredibly well played!
@@taylor-bh8re And after all these years there still isn't a band quite like this... still commenting because still listening. They had a kind of simple honesty and low-key sophisticated emotion on that debut that really got me. Almost theatrical, in a good way, as opposed to the other bands at the time that sorta mashed the genre buttons. Project 86 was a rarity too
@@googIesux man, I listened to DH and Project 86 so much in high school and college. Crazy that they’re still going, though P86 is about to put out their final albums. At least it’ll be a double album, though. DH doesn’t show any signs of slowing down, and on another positive note, Becoming The Archetype just got revived. 2022 has just been absolutely nuts for Christian metal and hardcore fans.

Also I legit pray God gives Ryan what he wants; faithful life and ability to create music til the end (if I understood him correctly). I am so glad they intend to keep going. This stuff is a need for me. Plus they have such a great crew, and Judge was a very worthy addition.

Evergrey is a legendary band, and one of my biggest influences as a guitarist. This collaboration was incredible. Tom is an amazing singer, and totally didn't see this coming. I dig Demon Hunter too, in fact, I saw them live opening for Living Sacrifice in the early 2000s in California. Incredible track! Loved it!
