It's a way of communication God has chosen to exercise our faith and for us to be in constant awe of His wisdom and glory, of Him being right all the time in everything.
Christ found me 30 years ago, Im 56, and I see Him more and more through His word, and I see also tons of fools, as atheistic, and religious, if they try to play with God religion, the game He never plays with anyone.

I somehow wound up in a faith based rehabilitation program for 14 months. I'm a lifelong Catholic and I hated God in the beginning of it. However, I came around and then I found Demon Hunter and I found my way back to Christ.
In 2012 I was almost murdered in my own home during a home invasion. I was asked to the ground and a gun was held to my head. I prepared myself to die in that moment. Im still here, the trigger was never pulled. I have struggled with that experience for a long time. This song has truly helped me get to a level of healing I did not think would be possible.
Thank you Demon Hunter. I cannot thank you guys enough. Eternally grateful.

Been a fan for some 15 years. Whenever I feel like I have no more strength to go through life's constant struggles, this band gets me back on the don't-give-in-just-yet track.
You should also listen to "The End." It helped me A LOT, especially a couple years ago.

This song was the main reason I made it through all five reoccurring miscarriages! It gives so much hope, such a meaningful and powerful masterpiece, is like instant “lift up my spirit”. By far my favourite song at all times! It moves me every time. Means so much to me. Thank you guys!

Ive never really had this happen before. I was listening to this track on spotify while at work and i literally had goosebumps so bad and i cried in my cubicle. Ive been listening to these guys from the first song they put out "Infected" and ive been listening to them ever since. Demon Hunter you guys may never see this comment but ive renewed my faith because of you and this song. The chorus literally has me wiping my eyes just trying to type this. Thank you for sharing your faith so us wandering souls can follow the sound of love and mercy back into Jesus' loving arms. Been strayed away for some time and i miss the peace and the thought of being in paradise with God the Father. You will forever have a faithful fan and brother in Christ. I'm in a dark place for about 10 years now with ups and downs, but it's really tough when there's no progress after praying. However I'm sure He will call me to do His will when the time is right. I’m 33 now… grew up in an evangelical household even when I didn’t want to. The melodic nu music I had with their second album saved me from a very strict household with getting something that appealed to me musically. Though I’m no longer a man of faith after a few deployments, I can’t help but come back to the melodies of their songs and this recent one sounds so good to the soul. I remember listening to “Not Ready to Die” and “My Heartstrings Come Undone” on CD driving myself to school every morning in my 2002 Ford Ranger right after it came out. Feels like yesterday.

It is "boring" but what he is doing is just control.. he is able to belt out and come back to a happy mid range because it's easier to transition and it makes it a lot easier on you, physically wise.

When I was 5 years old, I bled to death, and sat in the ER completely dead for about 1/2 hour - they even called the coroner to come get my body, but I remember my whole soul's journey, I was sent back alive, leaped off the table, and upon re-examination, I was found to be in better heath than most children my age. The doctors were completely astonished. I relate powerfully to this song. God put death away.

Have randomly had this song come up in my youtube, have listened to it for a few weeks and decided to look up other songs and have really enjoyed the music. Just today googled them and have discovered they are a 'christian metal band', have looked through the comments on most songs and seen mostly religious themed comments and i have to say my eyes have been opened. I did not really think 'religious people' could not only make but be fans of this style of music. Have to say honestly that i feel uplifted to have an energetic connection to so many people i don't think i would have otherwise related to easily. I’ve never been a huge metal fan, but I’m a huge grunge fan. However this band kicks ass! As a Christian. I never knew this kinds of band’s existed.
Check out Pillar. They have Korn/P.O.D/Limp Bizkit vibes and they are a Christian rock/metal band.
Check out Zao. They are way more bruta though. So just be prepared

Its crazy how much the meaning of thier songs changed to me when i found out they were a Christian band. They hit deeper and way harder now. And im here for it
Listening to this while my mum is having a mental episode, shouting, swearing and saying scary things reminds me that the hate building inside is exactly what the devil wants. No, I won't give in to this spiritual warfare. She is not my enemy. You are and you can't win.
