      She mentioned in a previous video that Grizz is being looked after by a close friend whom has more time for him right now due to her hectic life - building a house, working full time at more that 2 jobs, looking after young children, getting out content, etc. She is a role model for young women out there.

  • @861LJ
    @861LJ Рік тому

    I'm one of those people who just looks at poison ivy I get it. In the winter I got it. Must have been on a pair of jeans or a hoodie from the fall when I was doing gardening or something. Very annoying!
    Camping on the beach is awesome! I love Mountain House! I've had the granola and enjoyed it! I usually bring one with me when I go hiking. Sometimes I just don't have the right food to bring hiking.
    Ashame the bugs are so bad. Badger brand ( not sure it's available in Canada) has an "Anti-Bug Balm" with natural ingredients. I wonder if that would help. You can't enjoy the moment if the skeeters are biting. 😕
    Looking forward to more camping!

    ... Down here in the mid states the mosquito's are crazy bad this year with many heavy rains and local flooding .... Time to carry along a Thermacell they work well .. Tree tent looks interesting ,, kinda perfect for a canoe or car outing ... maybe ad a link ..
    .. Agree , making your own meal packs can be a good use of leftovers and a little more cost effective as long as you are planning ahead when going to the supermarket to stock up on various mixes and things ... but good to have a supply of freeze dried for when going out for a quick overnight mind cleanse ,, for a while now I have preferred Peak One meals .. no one near me carries trail meals ,, so I order a variety on internet to at least have some on hand ... Looking forward to the canoe race with Brandon .. Stay Safe ...

    You should try a thermacell. Steve Wallis uses one and it seems to work well for him. Its like an oil diffuser but for mosquito repellant. No flame, so it can be used during a fire ban.
