      Do you mean the Vector? It was well ahead of it's time but unfortunately there were some problems with it. I still have a big poster hanging at my wall :-) It's about 30 years old but like new.

    • @NorbertHarrer
      @NorbertHarrer 7 років тому

      Yes, the Vector. I just googled up some pictures. That design looks very futuristic even for today. I love those sharp edges. And the interior... Haha. That's like a real life knight rider :-D

    • @iHayri1
      @iHayri1  7 років тому

      Yes the cockpit is great, I see the poster every day and I am not tired of it yet. Like you said the sharp edges makes it futuristic. I hate how all of the new cars look the same these days, only Lamborghini's stand out.

    Great idea (modularity, universality), precise creation. You can implement thousands "prefabricated" cubes, as gaming cube with 1 - 6 poins (random), tic tac toe, gravity sensor, humidity, pressure,.... any. Fantastic!

    Can you make a custom motorcycle gauge with fuel,high beam, neutral status and gear status? Hmm I guess a 4 piece config would be good so I can put it on a round classic motorcycle speedometer case. Your works are great sir thumbs up and subscribed!

    • @iHayri1
      @iHayri1  7 років тому +2

      Thank you for your kind words, since I am working on a big project that I want to put up on Kickstarter I have no time to do anything else than my normal items I sell on Tindie. As soon as I finish the PCB design I'll upload a video to introduce my new product. As a small teaser, it will include these features plus many more not listed here: 1.3" OLED, Atmega328 and ESP07, flat rotary encoder with nav buttons, GPS, microSD card reader, 1200mAh Lipo and all the sensors you can think of. The clue will be that you have dozens of sketches on the SD card and choose from a menu and upload whatever you want from the SD card, nothing other needed, no PC, no phone. You'll have a multiple functionality in one device.

    • @guiltygearcore
      @guiltygearcore 7 років тому

      That is a great idea sir! Keep up the good work . So its gonna be a design with multiple features. You just select whatever features you want from the SD. Wow that would be awesome. One suggestion sir. I wish it could fit on a standard classic speedometer . That would be a great item for the shops that make custom motorcycles. Keep it up sir!!!

Decisions decisions :-)

      Just locked at it, it's interesting but don't know how many people actually would use it. There are much better alternatives by using the ESP and doing it all wireless all over the world using various possibilities out there. But if needed you can get the OLEDiSTATS which has USB connectivity like a UNO.

      Thanks, please see my other video with the much improved version of this PCB. I also have a new OLEDiESP board coming out among another MEGA OLEDiUNOiESP board with a rotary encoder and other bells and whistles and any sensor you can think off.

    very interesting. I was thinking of an ATV/ off road application,if they can be weather proofed. Would be very useful in a test module ....hmmm

      Thee are easier solutions for that, with the right apps you can just use a tablet for that.

    looks awesome, would love to make a water proof case with a 6 way display for my offroading CJ-5.. only problem is the current setup is all mechanical... other than the oil pressure.

      Well automotive sensors are not that expensive and most will output 0-5 volt which is perfect for the Atmega chip I use.

    That digital clock is very nice , but if it has custom colours as well then it will be awsome

    I was working in past few days on some program that takes bunch of latitudes and longitudes and finds shortest path,
    trough set of points.
    So i was using nearly same Latitudes(43) but different Longitudes(21) from yours. Just by being nearly same...
    I tought to myself, wait a minute, this guy has nearly same Lat/Long as me, he must be in some neighbour country.
    So yeah Bulgaria :D
    Greetings from Serbia, keep doing good job.
