Fantastic video- I refer to these before public skate. Your disclaimer is too modest, these Learn to Skate videos are much more in depth than the lessons I've received in person. Do you feel any discomfort on the groin area when you do the half swizzles on the circle? Ive been noticing that i feel a lot of discomfort there on both sides when am doing them.
