As a generation who started with Pokemon Fire Red, I gotta say my inside is crying whenever i watch this mv. It's been a long journey and still walking on that path to scarlet.

While everybody is gushing over the video I recognize a nod to the Toho Co., Ltd. shining logo on 2:58 that is shown in the beginning to every early Pokemon movie.
Its enough to make a grown man cry
This Pokémon video made my 2020 better... and in 2020 that’s saying something

3:00 Also Elite Four members and excluding Cheren, who instead was only included as companion (which is strange cause other BW2 leaders where included).
3:20 Shadows of villains also exlude one villain - most likely Guzma or Rosé.
3:32 Alder and Iris also got literally no screen time as well.
3:45 Green also has specifically his Venusaur roster, which is kinda strange choice considering Red usually is depicted with Venusaur or Charizard and that would make him have Blastoise. Also F to Green's iconic Exeggutor being cut out due to that.
3:50 Red also has his HGSS version of the team, instead of his GSC one. With Lapras replacing Espeon.
4:35 I don't know why, but both Magnolia professors are included (with granny still having her ginger hair) - but all other double professors are not. There is no old man Juniper or Burnet or Samson Oak, where last two had major parts in SM games. Which is kinda strange choice.
4:50 Another strange choice is that they included BW twins and XY Battle Zone quartet, but didn't include Hoenn or Sinnoh Battle Frontier members (Caitlyn being exception as she was included as Elite Four Psychic type specialist).
Also I wish we had some of the most iconic characters from the games. Bill, Eunice, Kimono Girls, Scott, Looker, Mohn.
