I want to try Hotteok so much! I’ve looked on Korean Restaurant menus in the state I live in (in the US) and no one has them. Trader Joe’s sold them for awhile, but I’d rather go to a restaurant to get some.
When I was in my 20's, 30's, I could eat like that 24 hours a day and not gain an ounce. In fact, I could not GAIN weight to save my life. I ate everything 24X7 and I was still skinny.

But the difference is, in my younger days, I didn't have to do anything to keep that weight. I was actually not in good shape. But I was skinny. I was incapable of gaining weight. The difference is, today, I run 5 miles and/or swim every single day in order to keep my weight "low" at 175. That means working out 7 days a week. Otherwise, I'd explode and look like my friends. So I'm actually in better shape today. I just weigh 45 lbs more.
