Such a great area to ride but it eats up your tires. Brad and I just replaced our tires after this ride and hesitant to go back for a while. Tires are expensive. Next big ride should be Canon city.
Thank you my friend 🙏. We had so much fun and couldn’t have asked for a better day to ride. Better yet we accomplished some A-lines with no injuries. However, my tires were sliced up from the razor sharp rocks. I had to replace them. It was time though. I agree...I recommend camping out here. You need days to ride all the trails out here. We experience maybe 50% of them. Thanks for always watching. 🙏 Hope you’re finding time to get out and ride.
Love that trail system! Basically cut my teeth there when I moved out from Florida and got a job at Vance's. I definitely would spend some time doing xc around OuterLimits if it's still there
PR is a great spot to get away from areas where there's snow. I haven't been there yet except fishing when I was younger, but I want to check this place out here very soon. Hey what's a good way to reach out to you bro? Will be out in the Springs in August.
Bro! Next time I go...I’m gonna bring not only my bike, but my fishing pole and beers. Nice on coming to CoS! We gotta ride! Hit me up bro! 🤙🏼 Email me at david.gerald.p@hotmail.com
@@DavePFilms you read my mind. I want to do that trail going into Manitou Springs. That also connects into Captain Jacks, right? Let's put this on the list to hit 🎯. 🤣🍻
Hey Zane. Was that you that said you knew my channel at the trailhead of Capt Jacks? If so, I remember brother. I’ve been setting up rides on Pastimes and that’s a good way to contact me and other mtb’ers. Feel free to DM me on there. Planning to ride this Sunday.
Awesome, if you need information on Pueblo feel free to ask. You can also check out: www.southerncoloradotrailbuilders.org www.ChoosePueblo.com Facebook:Steel City Cycling or PACE Pueblo Active Community Environments. We also have a kayak park for whitewater and an 8 mile stretch of class 1/2 water on the Arkansas that allows for river kayaking. The Edge local outdoor door rents kayaks and paddleboards, you can also paddle at the Pueblo Riverwalk with a paddlers pass. Lot's of recreation fun to be had in the immediate Pueblo/Pueblo West area. More fun as you adventure out toward the Wet Mtn Range.

Nice!! Another place I need to go more often! Thanks for showing some cool new trails to check out!
Such a sick place to ride but the rocks out there rips through your tires. I had to replace my rear right after. Had two cuts.
Spot on regarding Pueblo. Great commentary and riding on some tech trails. Look forward to riding it with the group.

Rough trail!!! Nice weather!!! ❤️
I was blessed!
I can't imagine falling on that shale 😮
I agree. I wear at least elbow and knee pads there.

Not sure if you've been back since then. However Southern Colorado Trail Builders have put all new signs and repaired all features.
If only I knew how to contact you. We meet a couple weeks ago on the Cheyenne canyon trail before the decent

For sure! It was snowing and raining for the past few days. Trails should be good to go by the time you get here.
