The most beautiful jump smash pose and movement among all badminton players, even probably not the hardest.

It looks so easy and efficient like he can just keep going
I think that for the top players, steepness is more valuable than power. Goh V Shem jumps so high that the force from the ground doesn't transfer fully into the shuttle anymore, but the trade off is that it's very steep. That said, his smashes often exceed 400 kmh so they are by no mean weak.
that timing. he start to smash when he go down and the center of gravity is aligned with the left landing foot
The sound of his smashes are almost therapeutic for me.
Wonder what string and tension he uses, because that has the most effect on hitting sound.

close match. the danes do a lot of things well here. great defense and also their attacking tactics are very sharp, the way they play for control instead of lifting, excellent at flat game and extremely aggressive coming to the net. goh v shem's smash is still impressive in 2019, even if his jump height isnt quite what it was in earlier years

they were smashing with power and that wrist is totally different means they are literally snapping their wrists while hitting a smash .I tried and once and the advantages are precision with power ,accuracy and control over the shuttle(while smashing).disadvantages were i could use that type of play for only two games as my wrist started paining its good but would reather not recommened to use it always .but yes better altenative for smashing instead of using the full rotational sholder and hand 😅😂🙂
you shouldn't rely on your wrist to generate power, use the fingers
it isn't the wrist, you're doing it totally wrong then if it starting to hurt. it's the forearm rotation, the flick isn't in the wrist it comes from the forearm rotation and you stopping the wrist movement half way through. try watching

Were in back seat by 16-18 and 5 straight points to win the match. Danish pair was making so many mistakes. Many simple kid-like tactical errors. Just couldn't put them down at the end.

콘라드가 절대 후달리는 선수가 아닌데... 슬라이스 드롭이나 스매시 코스나 수비나 아주 좋은 선수인데... 이 경기에서는 보에가 나이들어서 커버 안되는 볼들에 대해 콘라드에게 탓하는 모습이 많이 보여 아쉽네요 요즘 콘라드 선수는 뭐하는 지 찾아봐야겠습니다
