Nessie 'captured' on sonar equipment by cruise boat

- Nessie may have been captured on sonar technology after a boat picked up a mystery image 190m deep in Loch Ness.
The sonar contact, measuring around 10m, was detected by a boat owned by Cruise Loch Ness, in Fort Augustus in the Highlands.
Ronald Mackenzie from Cruise Loch Ness said: “We turned out to the middle of the loch to head back to Fort Augustus and as we crossed the middle of the loch we got a big sonar contact about 170 metres down.
“The depth of the loch at that point was about 190 metres. So the guide on board the boat at the time told all the other passengers that were on board and took loads of pictures.
“But there’d been more excitement because we’d just spotted a sea eagle flying over the boat, so, I think it got more interest than our big contact on the screen.”
Monster hunters have been astounded by the clarity of the image, showing something roughly 33ft long in the depths of the loch.
For Ronald, who has spent his adult life cruising Loch Ness, he is in no doubt that there is something living in the loch.
“This equipment can’t lie. It’s 100 per cent genuine,” added Ronald.
“A sonar expert had a look at the image and verified it’s 100 percent genuine. If there’s something there it will definitely show on the screen.”

Thanks God.. Now, we can say its not really just a myth or legend but a creature we are yet to discover.. I'm so hopeful that in my lifetime Nessie will finally be uncovered for the rest of the world to see...
Yep
And then we will take its dna kill it make more and make it into burgers and put them in aquariums in rich countries making none of them free like the humans we are
That’s a very interesting find, I think something lives in Loch Ness.....even though I can’t proof what it is
I'm sorry to be so negative about this production, however, a bit more technical detail would have been nice. At 0:47 Mr. Mackenzie comments: "It's a hundred percent genuine..." Okay, so it's 100% genuine; exactly *WHAT is it that is '100% genuine'?* A layman's description of what we were seeing on that 'sonar technology' screen would have been beneficial to those of us who are not sonar experts. Judging from the predominantly negative comments below, I'd say a remake, with those additional technical details in layman's terms, is in the offing, I hope.
Clarity of the image? The blue little dot?
It proves something big is down there but it could be many things.......a sunken boat etc. The fact that this image is resting at the bottom could point to a ship or something someone put there.
It was not resting at the bottom, it was 20 metres above it. (190 metres deep, object was at 170 metres).
Apparently a second scan showed the object was no longer there.
This is a significant find . The Guy is well known and genuine. Its obvious he is being honest . He has been up and down the Loch countless times, and knows the difference in inanimate and animate readings. There arent large shoals of Fish in Loch ness, so this is a single Creature. Its too big to be seals or otters and too far down. The most likely candidate is a sturgeon thats gotten into the Loch Via the River Ness in Speight. But Sturgeon are Extremely Rare now in British Waters . Maybe its one that has Lived in the Loch for many Years, they can Live to 200 Years plus. If theres only the odd one in there, it wouldnt be detected by sonar often, and Even last Years D n a Experiment would fail to find it. A sturgeon was spotted in the River Ness heading towards the Loch in 1932, just before the Monster gained Media attention the following year. Maybe its very ancient and very big now, grubbing along the bottom alone, and surfacing extremely rarely....??....
A Rather unusual Sturgeon would explain some cases, but not all encounters of the supposed "Nessie"
Alternatively, a giant eel?
Locals are now saying it's a Water Tank that was dropped overboard ????
@@kevinmunday5782 What locals? Is there a link to share on this claim? I come in peace mate, I'm not being a tool or anything.
@@kevinmunday5782 EXACTLY what i say! Its not proven to be an animal and ppl could have dropped anything down there.
When you are looking at the scanner you can see a cave underwater . Its like you can swim under water and up into another cave . It's on the right as you look at the picture .
By-golly, you're right! I hadn't noticed it, thank you I'm glad you pointed it out. That must be one of the (many) caves in which the big ole bugger, 'Nessie' hides. 👀
Interesting theory but as far as I’m aware no caves have officially been discovered in the Loch. I might be wrong so I’m open to correction.
@@MrMenefrego1 the species of dinosaur that scientists claim it could be breaths through its mouth so I doubt it
@@chadwillis538 And what species would that be?
@@MrMenefrego1 the type eye witnesses claim it to be
What was the size of it that would confirm at least it is a large creature
Literally says 10m
There are a few wrecks at the bottom on that loch.
A fundamental question is whether this monster is an aerobic animal. If it is aerobic, it should surface at regular intervals like whales, which does not happen and is rarely seen, so it is an animal that has gills. But the problem is, can such a dinosaur with gills survive in terms of biology?
1:01 He look alike Roger from Outlander 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I see. Well, that's great then ;)
It's probably that poor Polish guy everyone has forgotten about.
I had forgotten about him. 👀
Mr Lukasz Keska
Is he still missing?
Who's he?
@@johnnyboy1586 He fell off a boat in Loch Ness a few years ago. So far as I know his body was never found and he's presumed to be swimming with the plesiosaurs.
It's probably large sturgeons
Sturgeon they get huge, they can survive in fresh and salt waters and really look monster like, looking at them from the top.
A sturgeon doesn’t fit what eye witnesses have been seeing.
Nicola Sturgeon?
All for getting tourists back
😛🤑
I NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLES SAY THEY DON T EXIST BUT THEY TURNED TIO BE REAL EXIST PUBLIC OPINION IS WRONG THEY EXIST
I bet Nessie is wearing a tartan mask 😷 lol
For what ever the Nessy creature is tere would need to be a 20 plus breeding population.
This thing could have been dead by now. How long do exstict animals live?
Since humans are in lock down it was time that the animals and creatures to come out of the shadows also they should get a submarine to go down there if they want to
Scottish submarines are not strong enough to go down this deep, and government doesn't allow to cheat for tourist attraction. Why loch ness and not loch lomond. Loch lomond is the biggest scottish lake. So why should lock ness be attractive and not loch lomond?
@@g.l.9592 Is Loch Lomond connected to sea?
@@paulwalker5225 In the period following the Loch Lomond Readvance the sea level rose, and for several periods Loch Lomond was connected to sea and probably still is. The storylines identified at 9, 12 and 13 meters above sea level and Loch Lomond currently lies at 8 meters above sea level. This info is sourced by wikipedia, in case you want to check.
If they did find Nessie the first thing that would happen would be killing of the creature.

Sunken boat perhaps?
Sonar experts have looked into it, and it is a live animal, not something inanimate .
They green represents air bubbles
Sunken boats don’t move a whole mile a week later

Yea, yea, same old, same old clickbait.

Large sturgeon or wels.
Even tourists don't believe it.
I live near here. There is something there. It's eerie.

Defo not a monster ...could be any large object...need much better proof than this
No the radar doesn’t pick up inanimate objects
@@xsapphirex136 likely a sturgeon
@@chadwillis538 could be but majority of sightings don't fit a sturgeon's profile.. this is very interesting and other lakes also have those monsters which they say has a snake like neck but with an huge body.. so, they thought it to be a pleasiosaur.. Hopefully, in the future it will be discovered..
@@yusukehanabishi9757 I think you forget that the plesiosaur is a surface creature so it would spotted nearly every day and it is also a salt water reptile
FUN FACT: 190 meters translates into over 312 MILES in the US.
Oh good God this was all about money making there was ever a monster in there it’s long gone
they must think people are that stupid ..... oh wait 🤦♂️
