    Corey, I've been stuck for years. I found your vids one day when I was consumed with depression and you brought me out of it. No psych or pill has ever been able to do that. I believe you really are here to help people and do care.

      I should add, it's not even the picking up women, getting exes back etc topics but instead these life ones that inspire me.

    Coach I'm 19 and recently moved out of my home and out of the state that I was born and raised in leaving my family friends and girlfriend. Your videos have given me invaluable guidance and positive outlook in my seemingly darkest of days. Your videos actually change my perspective and help me get by and for that I'm truly grateful. Thank you coach!

    This is nothing less than pure wisdom. I actually already have adopted many of these things in my life, because over the years I have noticed that they do make you happier. So whoever is still in doubt, I can guarantee you that all these things (or the ones I tried anyways) actually work! Try them and see for yourself!
    Much respect for your insight and many thanks for your wise advice, Coach. I just finished reading your book and I watch your videos daily; they are slowly starting to change my life. You rock!

    Thank you. Thank you. Thank you...for teaching men emotional health. I've loved some amazing men who have never invested in or been exposed to this and it has been our downfall. Meaning your girl may be going through something and will need you in a way that may test your steadfastness...your emotional health. She may "pull away" because she wants to protect you from her "negative" emotions she may be dealing with and if you think it has something to do with you, you'll be looking for the door. A man I loved very much just did this with me...because I was his emotional rock and then I got scared because of my career circumstance. If he could've regulated his own emotional health, he would've stuck it out. I could see how I would've been perceived as "negative" because it brought up all his fears. (He used alcohol and drugs to "relax" and have a "good" time to deal with stress which is why I didn't know if I could trust him to not make my pulling away mean anything about him.) 🙏

    That's powerful. Great and simple way to question what you ultimately want in life. It's enabling you to imagine how your life could be if you go for the things you want, instead of thinking about all the potential roadblocks that keep you from acting.
    I love these video's and this vid in particular, and this quote... I will introduce it to my social circles as I want to contribute to people making their lives awesome

      Awesome and so healthy for you to do so you can be the kind of man you can take pride in. Just be honest about it so the girls understand since they're doing the same. When a guy is straight about it, she can be responsible about getting involved.

    • @hawkinsheidi
      @hawkinsheidi 8 років тому +2

      +LiKeThEsHaDoW It's admirable because the men that I've dated that I most wanted to be with were the ones that were masculine and directional. Meaning that they were MEN and had a vision for themselves that I could relax into. By a woman daring a man who is not this, she starts to be the one providing direction and (potentially) begins to resent her man for having no direction so she could be allowed to be more feminine. Anyway, awesome and keep it up. As an "alpha" female, this guy's videos are spot on.

    • @docmartin4886
      @docmartin4886 8 років тому +2

      +bernard Harris Well I had no idea that these type of females existed.... I'm an empath and a HSP. She crossed every boundary you could think of. She was selfish, rude disrespectful, lacked empathy, was a bad communicator, no sense of humor. All the flags where there. I kept giving her the benefit of the doubt. At the end I inflicted a narcissistic injury due to her continued disrespect. She devalued and discarded me. Stonewalling, controlling when and how we communicated. It's all about her being the victim. I had to remember that all my prior relationships where great, I'm still friends with all my ex's. I'm grounded in reality and N's are not. Her mask started to slip and I saw who she really was. Beautiful on the surface, but her true self..., repugnant. I keep reminding myself of this everyday. I do obsess about her sometimes, but that's what happens when we get involved with N's. We hope we can fix them, give the a second chance. People do not change who they are.

    • @docmartin4886
      @docmartin4886 8 років тому

      +bernard Harris I have read many books and watched hundreds of videos. They all have described her to a T. Covert, histrionic, somatic N. Manipulative, all ways the victim.... I'm still dealing with her. She is trying to destroy me still to this day. I broke up with her in Feb 2016. They attempt to destroy what they can not control or anyone who might expose the N for who and what they really are.

    • @Blckman9183
      @Blckman9183 8 років тому

      +Doc Martin wow man. i guessed i messed up and did the right thing. i got her upset with me early and she just showed her true colors. she showed a lot of red flags at the beggining but i thought i would be different. she dumped me and thats when i found Mr. Wayne and his self reliancy teaching.

    • @docmartin4886
      @docmartin4886 8 років тому +1

      +bernard Harris Depends on what you did ? I just got lucky and saw the indications early.... I still feel dirty sometimes. But all is getting better. I love women. Stable women that is. I do not depend on external things to. Influence my internal.

    Hey Corey you might not get this but just want you to know that your book has literally changed me to the point where I've been noticing the changes and it's scared me. All in positive of course. I can somehow now look girls in the eyes. I'm no longer scared of going up to a girl as much(still get anxiety from time to time if I've been in my head all day). My actual feeling is genuine happiness which is crazy because a few months back I was miserable and in such a short amount of time I am changed. This might sound like a bunch of dumb sentences to you guys but just know that you need to trust in the process. It's legit

    Do martial arts. Any of it. Serious teachers will teach you a mindset of several virtues along with it. That will have an impact on your persona as well.
    Also you will power out yourself everytime, which puts you in a state of comfortable exhaustion. Top it with a professional massage or meditation and you are set for the next day, whole week even.

    My thing is that I'm a Sagittarius and I happen to be optimistic and positive. It's when I have to encounter those negative pessimistic miserable beings, and then they get agitated by my cheerfulness and positive attitude towards life despite my circumstances; which really aren't all that bad! I have much to be grateful for. I guess that's just how they are no matter what!

    Hi Corey, I'm one of your followers from Norway, your work was recommended to me by a friend and I fell in love with your work right away as I began to use the techniques and knowledge you're teaching.
    Simply put, I'm a 21 year old guy, and I consider myself relatively good looking, and I happened to become a father at an early stage of my life (I regret nothing, love the kid to death). It didnt work out with me and the kid's mother, which was for the best as she struggles alot mentally.
    What really frustrates me is that I can "seduce" women at clubs and have plenty of fun and they fall head over heels for me when I take your work in action, I get their number/snapchat or whatever, I always wake up with plenty of texts the next morning, with them showing alot of interrest, until the point where they find my facebook and see that I have a child already. They confront me and ask if the kid is mine and I reply confidentally every time "Yes, he's mine" etc, but after this stage they immediatly pull back and show very little interrest...
    What can I do to somehow change these situations Coach?
    Best Regards,
    Stian

    Anyone here knows a good way to set up a first date without using a phone to get the girls number? I don't use a phone cuz im afraid i might lose some of my sight. Pls respond if anyone has got an idea.

      In person. It's actually the easiest and quickest way. The more steps you put in between your original meeting and the first 'date' will more likely derail the chance of actually meeting the person. Only spend your time with those who improve the silence when you do ask them out.

      He combined it with #6 (Eat healthy 80% of the time). #7 is being unhealthy only 20% of the time.

      +Dragonelez I have a fucked up issue that I don't think he's addressed where an ex (who was short term) from 10 years ago messaged me and we've been in contact. She's married with a kid and I think she just enjoys the attention but I'm fixated on her and I can't escape it. She doesn't even live in the same state. I've been in lots of relationships since and thought I had forgotten about her but all of the feelings came rushing back like it was yesterday and I need to walk away. It seems like a unique/ strange situation because physically she's probably a 6/7 and my girlfriends since have been 8/9s but I fixate on her. Anyway, just venting to you brother lol

      Violence Don't do it, bro. She's married; it's not worth it, lol. Use your masculine logic, not your feminine feelings, haha.

    How on earth is anyone supposed to remember all these "you should do this, you shouldn´t do that" "Don´t be a this….Don´t be a that…..always do this…. never do that "etc etc. that will fuck up your brain so much, that you´re gonna mess up big time, when the moment comes, or ? I can´t see that somehow. What does this mean ? Well, it means, get out more, stay in shape, have a good job, be happy in what you do....and the rest will sort out it self, if not, then it´s going to be tough for you….that´s how I see it anyway. You can get better at what you do, but you can´t change who you are, you´re a product of your experience, upbringing, past relationships, social life a.s.o., ....what do YOU think ?

    Nice compilation Corey!
    A great reminder that we need to continuously look at the bigger picture..combining all the elements of life, and making them the best we can.. and as mentioned, commit to life-long learning.
    Could take it to 40 with;
    Smile! (even if you fake it til you make it!)
    Lighten up! We rarely suffer the outcome our negative mind creates!
    Keep up the great work!!
    I read your book whilst travelling through Asia and I just wish I'd discovered it years and years ago..
    Although, that's not positive is it..
    I'm grateful I discovered it at 40 instead of 50! :D
    Thank you Corey!

    Great suggestions. With regard to the news though, I have a suggestion that I think you might like. When we know what's going on in our local community, state, country and world, it helps us in every area of our lives. I agree that "watching" the news on TV may not be optimal, but I believe that reading your daily newspaper is a great idea because you can skip over the pieces that are gratuitous or unnecessary, and read the news items that are of importance. About ten years ago, I decided that every day I would skim my entire daily newspaper from front to back, and read each piece until I captured the nugget of news in each article, then move on. What an amazing positive affect this has had on my life. I became extremely knowledgeable about all sorts of things, and other people commented on my knowledge, and would ask me, "How do you know all these things?" It was from reading my daily newspaper every day. Did you know that recently, the dental community discovered that "flossing" does a lot less to benefit gums than originally thought? Did you know that the medical community recently discovered that treatments for breast cancer may not need to be as intense to get the same positive results? There's a wealth of great information in our newspapers, and that information can benefit us tremendously; whether it's with making a business decision or simply keeping us up-to-date with what's happening in our world.
