Hi Renju, njangalodu pediatrician suggested using palm jaggery and palm sugar. Also, fruits like banana as a sweetener. She had told us to completely avoid white sugar until 1 yr. So that is what we followed. Amount of sugar orupadu cherthittilla. Our baby used to like her porridges mildly sweet. About keeping in the fridge, I only stored the ragi milk before cooking format be a day in the fridge not more that that. I used to cook it fresh before feeding her. If you can make it fresh, that is the best. Also, it is said not to store the cooked porridges in fridge nor is reheating the porridge recommended. Hope this reply helps. You could also check out the ragi powder porridge which we have uploaded. It is high in fiber than this!

Also consistency can be a reason why she vomits. you can try giving in a lose consistency so that she can swallow it better.
