The scene with shikamaru and shikaku was real as f*ck. The animation the voice acting the setting every freakin thing was perfect. I don't think there is a scene more real than that in anime. This scene was just perfection.
I feel like Ace’s death was so sad purely because we were given hope. We all thought Ace now had plot armour, that because Luffy rescued him everything would be okay. It was the fact that we thought Ace would be fine. We didn’t actually think he was gonna die. And the fact he did, the fact our hope was taken away within a few moments, the fact we thought he would make it, just makes it even more sad. RIP Ace 😭

Hannes death was the most heartfelt imo, he raised eren mikasa and armin in such a tough environment when their parents couldn’t, and his sacrifice for them was as one last dying act of love, makes me tear up more than any donut, naruto death, or my hero moment

I have family and friends that will never understand how important anime is, I used to hate it but started watching one piece and have cried because of it, so much joy, sadness, and hype comes from watching anime and the thing I hate the most is when people judge books by their cover. So I hope at some point in peoples lives they will get to experience anime for what it really is, not a Japanese show but truly art, anime is art and its like any other story being told but just in a different style.
