He sounds like Squirtle when he says, "Squirtle" lmao
I was always the weird one who would pick Bulbasaur as my starter
To be fair I did too. It's the only one with an edge over the first 3 gyms. 5 if you factor in the duel poison typing makes cancels out erika and koga, really the only gyms it struggles in would be the fire and psychic gyms but by then you have have a chance to get better pokemon
@@taipansghost like an earthquake snorlax or slowbro with body slam
the Nintendo hot line told you to pick bulbasaur. yes the was an official Nintendo automated hot line that gave free advice on games.
that dude is overrated, but extremely powerfull.... never doubt on bulbasaur
Once Pokemon stadium came out, I just used that and the transfer pak accessory. Another way was to get a friend to hold your starters while you start the game over.
You can also buy Pokemon Yellow and find the 3 starters officially in the game just by talking to specific NPCs 😌
For decades... For decades I love Pokemon and I never knew this. I cannot call myself a true Pokemon fan.
From the look of things, it's likely your first two have different trainer IDs. Would make things difficult, they won't listen above certain levels.
That's why you beat them into submission
This is how Red gets all the starters when you battle him in Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal😂
So thats how Red got his team - couldn’t bear the guilt so hides on that mountain…
I always forget bulbasaur looks like a pissed off pee shooter from pvz when in the inventory
Professor oak having a dementia attack as he sees the same multi-dimensional kid steal his shit for the third time: "What...what in the mukking muk is happening right now!"
no way... THATS INSANE!!!!
Crazy right !!
I did not work I saved as soon as I got my starter but the game did not save what am I doing wrong
Scykoh.. get started on a new Pokemon glitch quest 😂
That would’ve made the nuzlocke challenge a lot easier 😂
Aww I forgot that the Pokémon in the menu looked nothing like the actual Pokémon. How nostalgic.
You just blew my neanderthal mind
i like how bulbas sprit looks like a little plant :P
I actually knew this back in the day. It was such a fun thing to do.
5 year old me would have loved this info back in 1999 😅😂
1994
@@FS-gl9cg 1999 was most likely when they played the game
Fun thing. When you do it, Gary ALSO has all the starters!
Actually?!
Hahahaha not bad 😂
God
True or just joking lol
for the people who want to know, he's just joking.... Gary will only got one starter..... but the bad part is that the caracked starter will always disobey you
"BLUE PICKED AIR"💀
After all these years I get to learn that my childhood dream was possible all along...
If you play Pokémon red or blue on the game boy color. When the Nintendo logo pops up you can actually change the color scheme of the game by pressing a directional button. And if you hold B and push the directional buttons you can change it to 4 more colors
25 years later and ppl are still finding new hacks . I love it
This is the first "did you know" pokemon video that i in fact did not know. Imagine knowing this when people thought mew was under the truck!
Yeah well… until once you get the rock gym badge they don’t listen to you
I knew about this in GSC, but i didn't know it was also possible in RB! Awesome!
Wait its possible in gen 2?
@@cjbakalukits very well known how you can clone pokemon in gsc. The trick to get all starters in gsc was to make the origin save at starter choosing and catch a random wild mon asap
Usually, when you clone, you save just before the cloning. Getting all starters has you talk to mr. Pokemon three times and catch 2 random mons to have in team
I still have the Gameboy Advanced that my uncle gave to me when I was little- I haven't touched it in a while, but now I know exactly what sort of run that'll bring me back to my gaming roots :)
How do I reset on game boy advance
@@angelonajera5101 start new game and save it'll tell what button to continue with
I tried this one day and it fucked my game up. I wouldn’t recommend it
This is pretty awesome but I wouldn't have been as excited then as I was, when you could unlock starters in Stadium to transfer to your game. Such fun times.
In this case, high-level Pokémon may not obey their Trainer's commands because they're considered traded. You need to obtain Gym Badges to control two other Pokémon. It's a bit troublesome.
Didn’t realised this worked on red/blue also. Knew about gold/silver.
Indeed, that Gen 2 PC glitch still holds a special place in my heart. 💗
@@ShayDSoles no cap lol
This is awesome Vinny had no idea you could do this! I'm going to have to do this!
Shoutouts to your success, Vintendo!
Hope you remember me from the TEPPEN days.
“I’m gonna call him subscribe, because you totally should”
Me- not doing it cause I’m a menace to society 😈
