    Grab your partner and have some fun. All you’ll need is a set of weights, a band + your bodyweight.
    Circuit #1
    Pushups w/Partner Bottom Iso Hold x 12 (3 ea. x4)
    RFE Split Squat w/Partner Bottom Iso Hold x 12 (3 ea. x4)
    Split Stance Anti-Rotation Press x 3 ea.
    Circuit #2
    DB Bent Over Row You Go/I Go x 10 ea.
    Partner GHR x 10 ea.
    Lateral Bear Crawl Mirror x 30 sec. ea.
    Perform each circuit 2-3x.
