Dear I am using pixel your site and I have insta pixel,capi and domain verification using your plugin. I did this for tracking purchases of woo commerce. So my question is that after doing this should now I also setup event using event setup tool or pixel your site have already installed the events code on my site. Kindly reply me
hi Christian.I have some problem with meta pixel. From 2 days not send Server event but only Browser.I have been using PYS for about 3 years and it has never happened What could I do?
Maybe it's just a reporting problem. Enable Meta logs on the plugin's Logs page, leave it like that for an hour or so, and check the logs. If you see event related data, you're good. If there are errors, or if the logs are empty, there is indeed a problem. Send me a message on out the site if this is the case. Disable the logs after you do the test to avoid having a very large logs file.
