Purdy nice havin you own place - you are lucky not to have to live the dorm thing, but it's a good way to meet friends. I would recommend a u-lock for the scoot, there are people who make it their job to steel things, and anything but a u-lock is risky, just a suggestion, would hate to see you lose that. I went to Xavier in Cincinnati. Find yourself a few good friends over the first month or so if you don't know anyone there. You seem to have a super tight family bond and you'll probably feel lonely at first. It's normal but it'll pass. Good luck:)

My mom was an interior designer and when I got my first place she came to visit cause I lived out of town and I had no little things setting around. So she comes to visit then I get it. Dan, how come you didn't put any little things around or plants, the only thing you have hanging on your wall is a telephone. I was never home I worked all the time. Anyway, everything will come together in time. It's kind of like a drip in a bucket. It will eventually fill up. So will your apartment. You are new that makes you vulnerable to a lot of people who may looking to scam on young people new to the neighborhood. I went to mortuary school and owned a funeral home. My wife is from a farm family, her dad had a 2 roll planter. Her niece and her family farm and her son has a hog confinement. Good luck in your studies and don't forget your prayers.
